We recently had the pleasure of experiencing tea time at Floating Grace during our visit to Liverpool. While the sandwiches and sweets were average, and there were some concerns regarding the cleanliness of the food and utensils – we had to wipe down the wine glasses before use – the impeccable customer service and engaging entertainment truly stole the show. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, making our visit a memorable highlight of our trip. Floating Grace may have room for improvement in certain areas, but their exceptional service and entertainment warrant nothing less than a glowing recommendation. Fun humor in history storytelling from the captain, excellent customer service from the two staff members.

Had a fabulous Easter day afternoon tea cruise on the Floating Grace to celebrate my niece's Birthday. Captain Peter was so entertaining and his history review of the dockland area was really interesting. Definitely a bucket list option for a really entertaining afternoon. Very friendly and welcoming crew. Great atmosphere and food was very good too. Will definitely be back in the summer. 10/10. Disabled parking though was awful and had to park quite a way away.

We booked the Floating Grace evening meal because of a friend's recommendation, and I'm glad we did, Lovely food, lovely crew, and an all round great experience, when we're in Liverpool it will always be a must book meal combined with a trip around the various docks and plenty information about the area. The drinks prices are good as well. Book, book, book.

10 of us had a lovely afternoon tea today! We did set off later than planned but really that wasn't a problem at all! Very informative tour, beautiful day, and a really nice afternoon tea which was excellent value for money. Hope to be back for perhaps an evening meal or Sunday lunch.

We really enjoyed our dinner cruise on The Floating Grace! Food was great and the staff were so friendly. Captain Ben wanted to make sure we all had fun and told us some great stories about the various buildings and boats around the docks as we went along. Would definitely recommend for visitors to Liverpool or locals wanting to see more of the historic docks. (Great to do while the globe is in the Albert Dock as well - to get a closer look and some nice photos)

I took my Auntie for the Afternoon Tea cruise today (13/3/2024) for her birthday. Wasn't sure what to expect and she can be quite fussy. Had a really good time, food lovely, atmosphere really good and the captain kept us all entertained with the history of the docks with a few amusing stories thrown in! Had a good sing song to finish the cruise. Well worth the money and will definitely go back again.

We visited the boat on January 14th. The boat was warm and welcoming, staff were very attentive and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Food was hot and flavourful, and considering the small galley, it was delivered quickly too. The Captain and the crew were interactive with all guests, and spoke to everyone individually to ensure they were having a good time. Great balance of history and then music. Will definitely visit again and sample an afternoon tea menu Also perfect for a family event.

Had roast dinner on 3rd December. Obviously the weather was rubbish but it was warm and cosy on the boat. Had a fab time. The host/owner was so friendly and funny, he had us up dancing and singing. The staff were brilliant can't fault anyone. Compliment to the chef, the food was great. The atmosphere was superb. I will be booking again and can't wait for my sisters to join me this time. Thanks for great experience.

A brilliantly choreographed and narrated, historical trip around the Liverpool Docks whilst having Dinner, a great ambience was created by all on board, the crew were very helpful, the food was really well cooked and arrived at tables piping hot and tasty. A good choice of wines, spirits, soft drinks, tea and coffee are available from the bar.... A fabulous trip that I will recommend as a great end to a wonderful day.

On Sunday 26th March, 14 of us had lunch aboard the Floating Grace as part of my Hen Weekend in Liverpool. In the run up, the numbers of diners changed several times and the staff were accommodating with the changes. All the girls' dietary requirements were taken into account, including an exceptionally specific one who was allowed to bring her own main and a partial refund given. On the day, staff were friendly, helpful, entertaining and the whole experience was one I could not recommend highly enough. It was a wonderful way to spend a fun few hours. Great memories made!!

Absolutely fabulous in every category. We went for the Christmas lunch. The food was delicious, cooked freshly in such a small galley. Staff were friendly, humorous, knowledgeable and professional. In other words, brilliant! The tour was interesting and informative. Couldn't recommend more highly. Will go again for afternoon tea. Excellent value for money.

The staff appeared to enjoy the trip as much as the customers. The boat was clean and comfortable. It was warm and cosy, even though the weather was bitterly cold. There were limited choices for food but it was very tasty. The gravy with the lamb dish was about the best I've ever tasted (I said as much to the crew). There is a small bar which has very competitive prices. All in all, we had a great experience which was excellent value.

Husband booked this to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary. We loved it. Commentary was very informative with some humour. 3 course meal was well presented and tasty. Bar prices roughly similar to pub prices. There was a stag do on there at same time and everyone partied together. Fabulous night. We did expect the complimentary glass of fizz on boarding but had to ask a couple of times before receiving it at the end of our meal.
