The location must be one of the best in the dales the pub is oldie worldie with beams open fire and blankets for cold days I arrived Sunday afternoon just after the rush and the welcome was Yorkshire friendliness at its best ;) I ordered the Queens Arms best bitter ( fantastic) and the muscles with crusty bread once again I couldn't fault the quality of the food to the point I had a second portion if you ever find your self with in 10 miles of the Queens Arms in Litton dale pop in ! If nothing other than to worm your bum in front of the open fire and have a beer But it would be a mistake to not sample the fantastic food

What a hidden gem this place is! We arrived after doing the 3 Peaks walk tired, wet and hungry. We were greeted warmly and shown straight to our very nice & comfortable rooms so we could shower and change. The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in! The hosts had even reserved us a table in the bar for our evening meal which was a lovely touch. Food was brilliant and plentiful, breakfast was lovely and we were made to feel nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

Lovely rural pub. The rooms are a delight with gorgeous crisp white bedding. The pub itself is nicely busy with regular trade and lots of holidaymakers. The food is exceptional as are the staff. Will be back.

Friendliest place to stay in the Dales... host was super and works really hard to make everyone comfortable. We ate a lovely evening meal, lots of vegetarian options for my best friend, she loved the rissoto and her big breakfast in the morning. My lamb broth as a main meal was really tasty and the children were well looked after with a children's portion of what was on the menu or chips and sausages if they prefered....would love to visit again and find the caves!!!

Always a friendly welcome, the food is excellent (best chips in the world according to my son). Would highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.

Highly recommend this lovely pub to eat, drink and be merry. Whilst staying in the area we had three meals here. Pie, Seabass, Ham egg and chips, steak, sticky toffee pud, brownie and last but definately not least the delicious apple crumble!! Everything was gorgeous. Food was perfectly hot, the welcome warm and friendly. Dogs very welcome too. We return home to Hertfordshire tommorrow and we'll miss the Queens Arms!

Stephen is a fantastic host and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The food and drink was very good. The bedroom was clean and comfortable with good tea and coffee facilities. We had a good time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Queen's Arms.

My wife and I had a great meal at the queens, Lamb and Pheasant respectively followed by a cheese 🧀 Board. The atmosphere was friendly, service excellent and a great selection of “refreshments!”. We stayed at the nearby Park Bottom B&B so the 50 yards walk was perfect. We will be back for more great food.....

Fabulous pub, the food was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. The barman had the chef make some pea purée for our little one which she loved and was very much appreciated. Really good baby changing facilities too which is rare in little pubs. Will definitely go back

My Wife and I and our son and daughter-in-law, with 3 and half month old baby, just had a most enjoyable stopover at this lovely dales pub. Superbly situated in the picturesque valley of Littondale. It's all you would want of a typical dales hostelry. Lovely pints of Wharfedale Blonde, bags of character, good tasty food, a most comfortable bed and a grand breakfast. All the staff are friendly, chatty and helpful. We walked to Halton Gill and back and the sun shone for us. There were bottles of complementary water and milk in the landing fridge and a carafe of port for us to partake. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you and we look forward to the next time.

Sometimes you read a review and think can that place really be that good! YES IT IS!!! Amazing staff, brilliant food and a place packed with character. You feel as though you belong the moment you walk into the place and that is a really rare commodity! We loved our meal and have being singing the praises of this place to everyone.

A simply stunning place to stay. We cycled here to celebrate my birthday, the rooms were lovely, all en-suite, our evening meal and breakfast was excellent. Michelle really looked after us, it was all very relaxed. They have their own brewery so beer was spot on . The location was stunning.

Quaint pub, friendly staff, and beautiful views from the beer garden. The bar is quite small but that adds to its charm.

We arrived at this great little pub after a 10 mile hike in the fells. We were greeted by a helpful young girl and another lady who was taking orders. We arrived right when they were packing up and still served us with a smile. The food was superb just like the staff. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

Just a great pub, we've stayed 3 times in the last 18 months and are never disappointed, great beer, from their own Lamb Brewery, exceptional food and a lovely cosy room to boot, what's not to like?

Beautiful room with fantastic touches that were great for a country hotel. We ate dinner in the restaurant downstairs which was lovely and our breakfast was great too. We would 100% go back as we loved our stay. Needed a blanket in the room. A new mattress would be beneficial as this one felt old and you could hear/feel springs.

We discovered this great pub in 2021, midway through a walk in the local area. We have returned for Sunday lunch several times since, during our twice yearly holiday to the Yorkshire Dales, and it is always fantastic quality. Great service from the friendly staff and the cosy bar area is very inviting with its open fire.

Another fantastic couple of hours.... Spent two nights here in April and just before leaving I booked Sunday lunch for October. There was, unsurprisingly, no one else in the diary at the time. Well, October came and we arrived to a full house. A splendid lunch is now over and I have just one slight niggle. Six months was too long to wait. It won't be so long next time.
