Great pub new management looking forward to the Halloween event 😁
Two pool tables and the drinks were reasonably priced. They had two different football matches on when I was in there and the atmosphere was good, not rowdy or loud.

Lovely old pub, friendly landlady and staff
Beginning to attract more people now the previous Landlady has left. So, groups of men will NOT be barred like last time.

Lovely staff, dog friendly, good beer and great food. The '2 for £12' menu deal greatly exceeded our expectations. My beef sandwich contained quality fresh roast beef. The ham that went with the chips and egg was carved from a fresh joint. Portions were large and the chips were top notch. G

Quite a nice quirky pub with lots of memorabilia to look at. Nice big garden at the back, food didn't look too bad either. Featured in TV programme Help my house is haunted in 2018.

Very nice friendly pub needs to be kept alive otherwise it's gone and you'll only have weather spoons has live music great choice of drinks lots of wacky things on the walls and a very lively enthusiastic young girl behind the bar who gets involved and brings some fun into the pub going back for kar
Lovely place, welcoming, great beers and super interior. Always have top seasonal decs too! Been at Halloween and Christmas and they always go the extra mile with the decorations!
Great vibe to the place. Don't be fooled by the outside. The inside is welcoming and nicely done.Good music and well looked after by the staff. Felt safe at all times. Hidden gem.
The most amazing experience of my life meal perfect then we went on a tour of the pub OMG in the front basement and had something either thrown at or I was poked in the shoulder right shoulder even a few hours later I can still feel it. I am going to recommend pub to EVERYONE!!!!
Excellent pint of Gunness, great music and a very generous and tasty Sunday roast. There is a selection of roasts to choose from. Friendly staff and an outdoor area.
Went in here for Sunday lunch. I had a Beef Roast dinner and Chocolate Mint Ice Cream. The Beer was good too. The background music was from the 1940`s. They have good displays of this era.
Good beer pool table and music. A real pub a disappearing thing these days. Oh and good atmosphere 👌
