Our motorcycle club Stevenage & District Motorcycle Club held their Monday meeting. The pub had great atmosphere and we were all served quickly. They have a good selection of zero beers and the buffet went down with the members very well most going back for seconds.

It was a very nice experience. The place was friendly. Not too busy as i like it. They don’t have a regular menu so you chose from the blackboard. There was not a massive selection. However, i had a burger and the best chips I think I have ever had. Lovely serving and homely atmosphere.

Come down for a meal with my daughters and we had a lovely time. The food was amazing, the staff was so welcoming they made us feel at home as so As we come through the door.
Spot on proper food. Huge portions of extremely tasty food. Landlord really knowledgeable and passionate about the food he serves, which is smoked over the best part of a day. Good selection of ales, and nice crowd of locals for good banter.
Haven't rated the food as none was had but looks like a fair selection, beer was well kept has a old word charm to the pub,will go back to sample the food
Helpful friendly staff. Although I didn't eat myself the plates I saw were all empty which tells me the food was good
