Frst time here in a little hidden gem, we ordered a couple of drinks and relaxed in the garden. Bob and Wendy were very welcoming and we had a good chat. We shall be along again for pizza next time!!
Pizza was great, beer selection wasn't so good inside. Good ales but limited larger.
The greatest pub in Little Gransden by far. Wonderful hospitality from Bob and Wendy, great beer including "Son of Sid" which is brewed on site. On Friday nights they fire up the pizza oven in the garden and make stone-baked sourdough pizzas with your own choice of toppings. Very, very worth a visit.
Great friendly pub with its own brewery - they deliver to no-one so to try their ale you have to visit the pub! Great old-style wooden decor and lively chat is the order of the day. Fish and Chip night is Friday - they are excellent and it's the only time they do any cooking so early booking is advised 😉👍
Just dropped in on a sunny day for a pint and in the garden they had a folk group jamming session.
It's a lovely place to go we ordered our drinks and the landlord Bobby brought them to our table and we paid b4 we left later a really pleasant atmosphere and also they do food there and Bobby brews his own real ale too.
What a great pub. My husband loved the cider and the pizzas were amazing. I can honestly say it's the best pizza I have ever had.
Quintissential small pub, great craft ale (including many brewed on site in the microbrewery) and food. Note that food is not served every night so ring in advance.
Fish and chips is the best I've ever had.
Fantastic pizzas - huge variety and excellent quality. Really good value for money. Service friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone and will do. People of all ages welcome.
Its old, its friendly, brues their own Beer and wins year after year the best beer awards, if you are a true beer enthusiast, pop in and the welcome and banter will keep you happy until you have to leave, but once in you will come back over and over. No old beams or fancy made up pretence, just good pub beers and friendly as it was in years gone by, so hard now to find. On Friday nights you can get a plate of 'Very Fresh fish' and chips plus loads of top healthy food to complement as standard, at very reasonable prices. Must book.
Bob and Wendy are welcoming hosts that serve fantastic home brewed ales. A great village pub with beer garden for summer and wood fires in the winter. Friday night is fish and chip night and they do pub quiz nights twice per month on Thursdays.
The most British of British great pubs. Found on the off chance this fantastic village pub has been in the same families hands for over 60 years and brews it's own beer, Son of Sid. We arrived on a charity pickle day.... chutney not pickled customers and a warm welcome was the order of the day. A gem, as late as a diamond but worth twice as much. No wonder is east anglian pub of the year.
Great pub with proper beer, a really nice garden and lovely owners. Will definitely be going back
Best pin for miles around. Proper cask ales and scrumpy cider and hoping Bob kickstarts his own brewing imminently!!
Always a great welcome from Wendy and uncle Bob. Beer's good too.

Lovely pub and lovely staff.
Had a lovely pint of Adnams in the pleasant beer garden after a walk in the wonderful Waresley bluebell wood. Very chatty friendly hosts.
A friendly village pub. Good food, beer, service and company. Excellent!
Great selection of beers brewed on site. Warm and friendly greeting. Awarding winning rural pub. Highly recommended for a beer buff.
Free house owned by four generations of the same family, and currently brew their own ale's. Brilliant village pub, and friendly faces.
