The staff was very nice and welcoming. I liked the main, sirloin steak medium rare. However, it was a bit chewy. And I wasn't a fan of the peppercorn sauce with sauteed mushrooms that came with the steak.
I also tried the fried squid and wasn't a fan, it was quite tasteless. I'd give the food overal
Lovely evening meal, service (by Louise) and food both excellent. Only problem was choosing between all the lovely sounding dishes. Will be back
We had such a good Sunday lunch at this lovely pub. It has a lovely interior and ambiance along with fantastic food (large portions!) at reasonable prices. I've been twice and will keep coming back when I'm in the area.
Fairly empty on entry , when we left every table was taken. My companions had fish and chips, whereas I had the gammon, it was a wise choice it was delicious.

Really friendly pub with good Quiz on 1st Tuesday of month. Didn't eat this time but menu looked good.
We ate outside in the sunshine, so didn't quite get the full service, which is normal for eating outside. However, they were really kind in catering for my dietary restriction, as mentioned below, which meant I didn't miss out as I normally do.

Enjoyed our visit, the staff was welcoming, attentive and helpful when we use Tesco vouchers. The food was nice, good size potions and drinks good priced. The only drawback we had was a large party having a lovely evening next to us which made it a bit noisy. Would recommend
I like to do the cooking at home and never mind paying when I’m out as long as it’s lush by and LUSH it was! Had the steak ciabatta and it was delicious! Wife and son chuffed to bits too! Lovely smiley and helpful staff. Thank you for fitting us in.
The brunch was just perfect! Delicate, light jet richly tasted French toast was just a pure pleasure for the taste buds. Also Granola and Poached Eggs on avocado was just perfect!
