My partner and I visited the Keg and Kettle yesterday for the first time while shopping. At this point we had never read any reviews! I visit Trago regularly and today decided to go for breakfast with my husband. All I can say is that the staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast was delicious and not over priced.
I have to add that the cleanliness was the best I've seen in a local cafe in a long time.
Nice breakfast, 10 items for a fiver. Better now its had a refurb, my only feedback would be, the food could be a little warmer.
Went to Tintagel brewery for carvery yesterday. Expensive and absolutely awful will never go there again. Then we went to good old Trago today and decided to have dinner while we were there.
Meals we had were 100% better as they always are. And brilliant value for money..Lee and his crew never fail
Don't listen to the reviews on here about the breakfast being horrible. There was nothing wrong with it. The staff were friendly and kept going around sanitising the tables after each customer.

Breakfast items on hotplates not the warmest but food is nice and quite well priced, restaurant is clean and staff are friendly.
Cheap but quality food using a hot hold format. Definitely not tourist prices and worth a visit even when you don't want to shop in Trago.
