We have being staying here for many years and it just gets better. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they go the extra mile to help you. Our room was in the new end and was fantastic, beautiful bathroom, amazing shower! Room just right with everything you need. Thank you staff at premier inn, your a credit to your company! Merry Christmas

Thank you so much to the lovely reception staff at Liskeard Premier Inn who were so kind and helpful with my mum and my little boy who is severely disabled and who took rest at the Premier Inn after getting stuck in road closures and diversions for 3 hours on the way home from school. They gave them a warm comfortable adapted room to rest in and brought food which was much needed by my little boy who was distraught, cold and in shock from not understanding what had happened and being stuck in his wheelchair for so long. Absolute angels and we will be forever grateful. Thank you.

The Liskeard Tavern is right next to the Premier Inn and serves breakfasts in the morning. The people there were friendly, unfortunately they were missing some vegetarian options from the menu at the time we visited due to not having the ingredients. I had the no-chicken vegan parmigiana, which was nice enough, could have maybe done with a little more barbecue sauce and the THIS Isn't Bacon slices were a little over. There are the usual selection of beers, spirits, soft drinks etc. and a good patio out front where you can take drinks if weather permits.

Heard a few local concerns about staff shortages and limited availability but my daughter wanted to go here with family for her birthday. Booked on line with ease, staff were great, only a couple of menu choices not available but otherwise a good menu, the food we had was excellent all meals came out together, generous portions. Well done to our waitress Kelly, brilliant friendly customer service as well as efficient -you are a real asset! My daughter loved her meal and we will certainly return. Thank you.

Nice location, usual pub grub menu - myself and my partner had the Garden Gourmet vegan burgers with cauliflower wings and chips. Lovely food arrived in good time and standard portions for the price.

We stayed at the Premier Inn next door, and had the pleasure of enjoying a fantastic meal at Liskeard Tavern Seeing the reviews about not being able to walk in and complaining about it shouldn't bother reviewing. The way they are running the bookings is amazing , they are ensuring there staff ain't over run , and this is great , Also by limited numbers you are going to get a great service!! And that we did. Can't wait to eat here again

Stopped in for a late lunch after visiting Golitha Falls nearby as this was one of the closest food outlets as the smokehouse was shut at Golitha. Took a few minutes to be seated as no one on front desk, but once seated the staff took every care with us and were attentive, even engaging with our 8months old son. A tasty 3 course meal from the value menu, and somewhere we'd return too in the future if passing.

We've been here several times as it's got good parking (out of town location) and it's happily located between where various family members live. The servers have all been very nice. I was pleased to be remembered by Ian who served us a couple of months ago. Presumably our banter was either very good or very bad. But they all give a very personable, friendly welcome. I would still like to see even more vegetarian/vegan food on the menu. And there are instances where the staffing level may not be high enough, but that's par for the course.

Convenient to A38. Great decor, staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Service great. I had lentil hotpot and my daughter the veg curry. Both really delicious. My only issue is that the portion sizes are quite small. Would expect a little more for the price. Otherwise excellent.

We went to Liskeard Tavern for our Easter lunch today and it did not disappoint. I had a huge roast with Gammon as my choice of meat (with a side of cauliflower cheese) and hubby had fish and chips. The food was so delicious and the best roast I've eaten out in a long time. Piping hot right to the last mouthful and I would definitely recommend a Sunday visit if you are in the area. As always the staff were lovely and very attentive. Will visit again soon.
