Good place for a decent coffee. Pleasant staff but a little pricy for snacks. Has wheelchair friendly access but space is tight and at a premium if wanting a table so weather permitting outside would be a better option.
Great place for coffee and cake, staff are always polite,very helpful and attentive to your needs, have been going here for quite a while now and the coffee has always been great and just love the music and the relaxing atmosphere.

Normally when I ask for a large cappuccino it ends up hot milk with coffee. At Nero's it's a delightful cup of happiness as the foam is still there till the very last drop
I've been going on and off to this place for several years, and it fits well within its location and with seating both up and downstairs. Nice when there aren't too many students.
In my opinion Nero still make the best coffees in Lisburn. We always feel welcome and the seating arrangements are fairly spacious. Outside could do with a fresh coat of paint 😊
The staff make the cafe with there happiness and go out of there way to please all there costumers no matter how busy they are. I have always found them kind and very pleasant and helpful. The tea and coffee are always served with a smile.
For the centre of Lisburn thankfully this place is never too full. Baristas are good, service is swift, location is central with optional outside seating. Possibly one of best chain coffee shops I have been to.
Nice, helpful staff. Toilets have room for a double pram. Tasty coffee and treats 😋
Good atmosphere friendly staff
Café Nero (Caligula) has the most sumptuous aromas and atmosphere. And they play Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald piped in on the sound system. Nice!
Always friendly and good service is provided as standard. Always relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Somewhere to sit and enjoy company whether your own or someone else's. Take a break and enjoy the rest.
UPDATE - December 2021
When lockdown began to open up and we were aloud to sit outside to enjoy our purchase outside originally and later on when we had the choice of either inside or out, the overhead canopy outside the premises in Lisburn has had a mind of its own. You could be sitting outside and the canopy would decide it was time to close which was acceptable as long as it wasn't raining. Apparently it was to be remedied some time ago but that hasn't happened yet which is more than frustrating and unfortunate. Hopefully they will get around to getting this sorted soon.
FURTHER UPDATE - February 2022
The canopy has finally been repaired, just this month, quite some months after repairs being required. Horray!!!

Good selection of cakes, traybakes and sandwiches.
The guy there who is always working is spot on. Saw him today go the extra mile by helping out a blind customer with escorting etc. Dont see that much nowadays. Coffee good also. Caffe nero area manager should take note of his good customer service and reward accordingly.
Always love Caffe Nero for coffee, probably one of the best coffees about. Well that's in my opinion may not everybody cup of coffee. Staff are always friendly, but service is hit and miss this is down to how busy they are. Also gotta love the Caffe Nero smartphone app pay for your coffee and collect your points all in one go.
