Def recommend this place. Really friendly and chilled atmosphere. Customer service was first class, one of our party has allergen requirements and was catered to with ease and no fuss. Kids loved it too. Will be back soon.
Myself and my wife went to JSG last night for my wife's birthday. We are spending some time away and we both love Diner style experience.
This is by far the best one I've ever tried. We've even tried ones in New York and New Jersey and out of them all I'd chose this one.
They had a decent 0% alcohol
Lovely food tho' I will admit I was still hungry after my dinner so the portions could have been better and they made a mistake on my wife's dinner applying the wrong gravy which had to be returned leaving her waiting for what felt like ages whilst another meal was freshly prepared.
My friend Flo and me absolutely love this place. Super friendly and helpful staff, especially Hannah who goes out of her way to make it enjoyable. And of course our favourite chef, Matty, who serves up the best food. You both are a great team. Well done xx
First time here, top drawer. Loved it. Portions was big, just really good food an atmosphere.
Fantastic service, above and beyond. Food is grand for fans of deep fried food. Prices are good. Portions are massive.

I have been here quite a few times now. Every time the food is outstanding. Not just the range on offer, or the taste, but the amount of food you get. Service / staff are all excellent. I would highly recommend visiting and is very reasonably priced.
Ordered ribs while my partner ordered gluten free meal, food was actually quite good, service was good and prompt and waitress was knowledgeable about the menu & food.
Great food, great staff. Was very busy when I was in with my partner. Seems to be fairly popular. I found it difficult to find something on the menu I could eat due to certain intolerances. Got there in the end though after the waitress said I could customise what I wanted to suit my predicament. Ca
Like for like this is an excellent restaurant. The portions are very substantial and taste super. The team prepared a dish for us that wasn't on the menu without any problem. The ladies were very polite and helpful. Certainly worth the price. Ideal for incorporating into a visit to the complex.

Very happy food was very tasty 2 adults and 3 kids all very happy nice experience would return. My son had the baby ribs and chips and he devoured them.i had the pulled pork wrap was very tasty. Would happily go back. Nice food friendly staff kid friendly clean nice atmosphere.
Everything was great but the bathroom was a disaster. Toilet paper holder didn't work and had to movie it by hand for 10 minutes. Then the soap thing didnt work! All this stupid technology for it to not work.
