My wife and I would regularly get lunch or breakfast here, great service and quality of food and drink. I have a Gluten allergy so it really good to find somewhere in town that has options for me and doesn't cost a fortune.

The staff are very friendly i use a wheelchair and the girls could not do enough moving chairs nothing was bother and there is a girl with glasses i think she was the manager is a breath of fresh air first thing in the morning always smile and a friendly welcome

Lisburn Bow Street Mall store - I have a stammer and the girl who served me, was the kindest, most patient person I've EVER ordered from. The shop was busy, but she took her time with me. She didn't try to rush me nor interrupt me. I wish I got her name so I can personally send her a thank you letter.

We only went in for a hot chocolate and a coffee so don't know about the food. But the drink where good and staff friendly
Staff were so friendly and efficient, shop was clean and clear, nice gentle music playing, from entering store to sitting down with coffee only took maybe 5 minutes maximum :)
Spacious cafe with plenty of seating. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Place was quiet when I visited. It was clean and tidy.
Staff here are so friendly. Its conveniently located, good coffee and food. Tray bakes are good as well, but it's the fast friendly service that sets this place apart. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
The staff are really lovely and I would like to compliment Lawrence in particular, i had been meaning to write a review for a while, I really appreciate how he asks every time ‘how is my day’ he is always smiling and very polite, he’s a great worker. Most important is service in a business like this I think.
There is a guy here called Stephen who was front of house. They were flat out and it was extremely stressful by the looks of things. However Stephen was the model greeter and kept a smile on his face. Fair play!!

Costa Coffee, Lisburn near Cinema is a great store. Staff very helpful but there is one who doesn't give the service expected, short measure and does not give the price reduction for your own cup. I did mention that there was a sort measure one occasion but received no response - for this reason I would recommend you put your own lid on your cup so you can make her aware.

Our Barista Asher is brilliant, I get my coffee as requested, hot. She is always smiling, friendly and professional.
Friendly and attentive staff. This is my first Costa coffee since we lockdown 1. Great to sit out and relax with a decent caffeine boost as well.
The manager Lawrence is always welcoming with a smile on his face (even first thing in the morning). The team are efficient and make great coffee, always polite and friendly.
Regularly get a mug of java soup here, can get busy at lunchtime, great minds all of one idea. Friendly staff and lots of tempting tarts, treats and choice of hot or cold beverages to suit your taste.
