Visited Ashvale Farm shop today for the first time and brought my parents as a treat and we were all very impressed, Very busy place but the staff kept us updated regarding a free table and the fry was really nice and perfectly cooked and we even bought some treats to have at home which were also really nice
Had lunch, I had stew and bread, both were amazing. Colin had soup and sandwich which were lovely. Lovely place and friendly service, would recommend this place to anyone
Was here today for the first time, it will not be my last .A fantastic breakfast �.Got to see friends which was great . Lovely surroundings and great shop . Rhubarb tart superb .Already planning another visit.
Only discovered this lovely little farm shop a few weeks ago.... It has a great range of beautiful fresh and local produce, preserves and baked goods. There's a real warm, friendly atmosphere in the shop and from the staff and the food in the tea room is fab, with lots of choice (and tempting treats ☺️)!!

Great having such a great cafe on my doorstep with such delicious food. A regular visitor and yet to be disappointed. Staff very friendly & helpful & a cosy atmosphere with a stove going on these colder days �

Was not disappointed. Our visiting relative who was brought out for lunch was totally taken with the great service by staff, good menu selection, and quality of food. Highly recommended.
I dont know where to start with this little place as I literally can't fault a single thing, its absolutely STUNNING inside and out, the staff couldn't be more friendly and professional, the food is not only stunning but comes out scarily fast lol AND they have a beautiful farm shop right beside it with the most amazing pies. Like I said I just can't fault it, it's the kind of place you'd be proud to take someone special to you. I will forever be returning to this place.
Beautiful place and atmosphere. Attentive staff. A little pricey for some things but worth it. I got the French toast and husband got a fry. Wish I'd gotten a scone too, they looked amazing! Coffee is lovely and we had our 7 month old with us and we were all made to feel very welcome.
Lunchtime can get busy so may need to bring your coat when waiting outside. Food was delicious, I had the sausage roll and it was so tasty I bought a packet home. Staff was attentive and the restaurant beautifully decorated. Shop was a little too small but that's ok they're expanding, can't wait for it to open.
Beautiful restaurant and really lovely service. Food was delicious! Always seems to be a queue which says a lot! Plenty of car parking too. Highly recommend!
Called in yesterday (14/06) for brunch. First time calling in, and I was amazing at how busy the place was, always a good sign. Waited to be seated for a few minutes, got a nice seat. Staff were nice and polite. Food ordered was second to none, not a long wait at all either.
Will definitely return.
Just had a lovely brunch at Ashvale Farm Shop and Tea Room. I recommend this place highly. The food was great, I had the poached egg with bacon and avocado on sourdough.There is a beautiful wee garden hid behind a stone wall, with tables and picnic mats on the grass and a tent to ward off any rain showers. The area is very tranquil, and ideal for a quick bite or a larger meal. I had eaten in here before and the dining space was a little cramped but clearly the new extension now under way will solve that problem once doors open for inside dining also. Five stars from me.
Had a beautiful tasting eggs benedict for breakfast with a very good cappuccino. Would definitely recommend.

We were truly impressed by the newly refurbished café / restaurant just a few minutes South of Lisburn!
This was my first visit in many years and my - how their renovations and enlarged premises is thriving.
We selected a mid-week (Thursday lunchtime) visit at a busy / popular time and while the restaurant was busy, we had to wait mere seconds to be shown to a seat.
I lost count how many servers attended our every need (at least 4 / 5) and the food was top class with more in their portion size than could have been expected.
While I was too full to even consider desert, my companion went for a slice of cheese cake which looked excellent.
Overall - I cannot speak higher of Ashvale tearooms!
Food today was very good however we had long wait for our meals today due to a computer order query. The 5stars are for Dionne. She managed our situation very professionally explained in detail why we waited so long. An excellent member of staff and also a male member of staff who apologised and reordered our food. Well done Dionne you treated us very well
Beautiful place ❤️ staff are all wonderful. Had the chicken satay salad and white chocolate and raspberry scones with jam and clotted cream. Coffee was so nice so. Nice strength. Yummy! Then was so luck that there was 70% off for in the clothes shop which is expensive without the sale but top stuff!
