Having won the competition for tickets, it was a lovely treat, thanks again. The comedians we saw were brilliant and I especially loved Susie McCabe. Tears were rolling down my cheeks she was so funny. I’d totally recommend this. Great night out. Only down side... no bar snacks, not even crisps. Apart from that well done 😂
Great service and staff, really enjoyed my first and second experience. Hoping to book an afternoon tea here and will definitely be back again for breakfast - lovely eggs benedict <3
I was recommended here for lunch and I was not disappointed. So much choice and even on the lunch menu. GM was lovely as were the staff. Place was spotlessly clean too. Food service was fast and great portion size. Will definately be back soon!
Stayed here on friday night with my husband. Lovely place the room was spotless. Staff were lovely and breakfast was brilliant. Would highly recommend and will be back xx
Thank you so much for looking after me and my wife on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th June for my nieces wedding. Can I just add, your breakfasts are incredible. To have char grilled square sausage and black pudding and bacon was simply Devine and I will highly recommend you every time.
What a beautiful flavour throughout.. Thank you guys..
From the hospitality to the food to the location....excellent, 10 out of 10.... i think between all of us (a party of 7) we ate each of the menu dishes ....highly recommend any of them, and the atmosphere couldn't be better, we were spoiled rotten by Orrin, what a magnificent lad! JUST SUPERB!
Just recently stayed for two nights. The food was excellent, breakfast and evening meal. Staff very friendly and attentive. Excellent value for money.
Fantastic breakfast today in the Westport restaurant, you waiter Andrew is huge asset to your business could not have done enough or made me feel any more welcome he most certainly takes great pride in looking after his customers, we are in Linlithgow and because of this visit will most certainly be back
Excellent stay on my way back down south from Fort William after walking the West Highland Way. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the roast dinner most filling. Breakfast was also most enjoyable. The room had been updated recently and was warm and comfortable with a very clean en suite shower room. The town was interesting and I had a lively walk back to the station along the canal. All very good value - thank you.
A lovely warm homely atmosphere with excellent staff and service. 4 of us had a meal and thoroughly enjoyed it. The only disappointment was the Eton mess, saw more fruit in my friends cocktail! Would definitely return
Straightforward hotel with restaurant and bar conveniently located close to centre of town. Rooms are en suite, simply furnished and comfortable. Staff very attentive. Full breakfast well presented and adequate, should satisfy anyone.
Spent a long weekend at this cozy charming hotel.
From check-in to check-out the staff couldn't do enough for us.
We were greeted with a smile and shown to the bar(check-in) where we were checked-in and spoken through them being an unmanned site and how we can get access between their closed hours.
The rooms although not particularly spacious were finished to a high standard, and very clean.
Everything we needed was available as well as a nespresso machine.
We had breakfast as well as dinner in the restaurant and the portion sizes were more than enough. I had the Duck while my partner had the Haggis burger. The food was amazing.
All staff were so kind and welcoming- they even told us about the menu launching soon.
We will definitely return to give some new dishes a try.
Overall had an amazing stay, can't wait till next time.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Warm welcome as we arrived. Staff where very attentive, food was delicious. Food was cooked to perfection and staff kept us topped up with drinks and offered dessert effectively. We'll done team
Popped in for lunch with some friends and really impressed with the service and quality of the food. Martin and Jim were excellent, so friendly and checking to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend!
We stayed here for two nights after travelling from Wales to attend our nephew's wedding. A very welcoming hotel with a good choice of food and drink. It was one of the hottest days of the year, so the tower fan in the room was very much appreciated. Will probably stay here again when we return to the area next year.
Never stayed at the hotel. Went there with family for dinner. One of the very few dog friendly pubs in Scotland. Very dog friendly. They provide beds, treats and even have a dog menu available.
The food was of great quality but London prices. Very friendly and attentive staff.
Had lunch here, wasn't in a room.
The service and food was exceptional and a very warm and pleasant atmosphere. Bonus... Dogs are welcome. Would highly recommend 🐶👍😊
In for Sunday lunch today. Our server Caren was lovely and the Sunday roast was fab. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back for lunch with our dog :)
Great stay at this charming hotel, staff were so welcoming and didn't hesitate to assist us when we needed, although rooms are a bit small they are too a high standard and look lovely.
The restaurant/bar area is cozy and homely, the staff kept us happy throughout our stay, the food and drinks were amazing, will definitely stay here again!
The room itself was excellent - A bath, coffee machine, TV, great toiletries and thoroughly cleaned, it is hard to fault. Also incredibly quick and easy to check in and drop off keys when departing. The food in the pub below was also enjoyable, albeit a bit pricey.
I have lived in linlithgow for just over a year and this is the first time I went to this pub. I just had a burger and chips and I must say the flavors where has very good. I'll definitely be back ❤️
Just had a drink in the bar, nice decor and selection of drinks. Didn't have food this time, but the menu looked very tempting, hopefully will be back again.
We went here for the breakfast only and this place is definitely a hidden gem. Good value for money for a homey brekkie. Very quiet and cosy atmosphere, service was great.
We stopped in on Saturday 29th July for lunch and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating even with our big boy Moose. The dog got served first with a bowl of water and then we got seen too, fantastic. I asked about there guest ales and chose the fantastic Loch Leven King Slayer. We ordered food which was equally fantastic!
I was over the moon by the comments by the bar staff about how well behaved our boy was but we knew that already as he is such a people person.
Another patron approached with his young son and asked if his son could pet the dog which we said of course, this was also noted by the staff.
Overall we had a fantastic experience in the restaurant and would not hesitate to return and can thoroughly encourage other dog owners to pay a visit to this truly dog friendly establishment!
