We booked a table last week, is a fantastic place for dinner. Little hidden gem I think I read somewhere and it's true. Lighting and mood was lovely. The place looks beautiful and cozy . The staff were fantastic, attentive but not over the top in any way. The food was the best I have had in a long time! It was hot , clearly made from scratch and with fresh produce. The menu is forever changing so when I looked it up I found the wrong one .. but that's just because I'm a picky eater, the choice when we were in was brilliant. Price - I will not complain was worth every penny, however the card machine didn't seem to have a tip option so if that's something you like to do carry cash. To be honest that was my only disappoint was I didn't have a note in my purse to leave with the bill. Will be back Our photos do not do the justice that the chef deserves

From start to finish, superb. Very friendly service, attentive but not invasive. WE went for the same special - venison, and it was like angels massaging our taste buds. Portions were just right.

This restaurant is absolutely wonderful. What an absolute Linlithgow gem! We dined here on Saturday and talked about it since. It's so lovely to go to a restaurant and be overwhelmed by the quality. Place is very cosy feeling and comfortable. The food... absolutely stunning! The quality of the ingredients was very evident. And the portion size was perfect. I had the bang bang cauliflower, then pork loin, and sticky toffee pudding. So lovely! Well done to all who work there! Great job! Can't wait to come back here again.

Really lovely restaurant serving excellent, freshly cooked local food. I had the auld reekie mushrooms which were absolutely delicious, a burger which was faultless and the most luxuriant, smooth, rich chocolate ganache. I was very impressed with the quality and care put into the dishes and can thoroughly recommend.

What a lovely, classy restaurant. The decor is contemporary and charming, situated down a wee close just off the high street in a lovely garden setting. The team were just so friendly and welcoming plus the service was simply excellent. The food was delicious from start to finish - especially the festive Turkey dinner that was cooked to perfection, tasty and beautifully presented. The puddings were also superb - chocolate torte with a base infused with bourbon and caramel sticky toffee pudding. The bill was impressive too - ie. amazing value for money. We were very impressed and will come back to this lovely place. Thanks again.

Very nice food we had the lunchtime £16 menu but my only issue was there was only one vegetarian main option. Starter for vegetarian was a choice of soup or mushrooms which were very good. They also have a nice outdoor seating area if the weather is good.

I would give Mason Belles Linlithgow 10 stars if I could. This is truly a hidden gem, the decor is just beautiful and we were made to feel very welcome. We were served by Martin, he was friendly and checked in on us and made sure we were comfortable. We had afternoon tea and it was delicious. Not your normal afternoon tea, they have smaller pieces of their actual menu! The platter was so colourful and the food and cakes packed a punch. I became obsessed with their pesto and they were very kind enough to give me a tub!!! We will certainly be back. Thank you again.

Really great afternoon tea, not the standard sandwiches, but lots of nice small savoury snacks based on their mains, really clever way to do it Only downside, is that it's not the best disabled access, had my dad in the wheelchair, had to go via the bottom doors, but the toilets are back up a couple of stairs. Best option is to wheel back round to the front door, which is doable but a bit of a faff

What an amazing find! Just enjoyed the most delicious birthday lunch with my wife at MBK. Chicken pakora, mushrooms Auld Reekie, tempura fish and chips, rib eye steak, Christmas pudding and sticky apple ginger pudding with marzipan ice cream were all amazing. Friendly staff and a lovely welcoming environment.
