We had the kofte kebab(small) and fish and chips. The fish was very fresh and the kofte was very succulent. The portion size is perfect. The chilli sauce that goes with the kofte is absolutely divine, wish I had more of it. The The staff are friendly and very polite. We will definitely eat here agai
My husband & I really like the quality of the food at Lingfield Traditional Fish & Chips. The staff are always polite when ordering over the phone & we always receive excellent service in the shop too. They have come to know us & always ask how my health is when my husband collects our Friday treat.
Very decent fish & chips (along with pies, sausages & saveloys). Kebab's also look very tasty. Great for that time you need an emergency meal.
Seriously good fish and chips and amazing kebabs. You can tell how good it is because it is so popular. Lovely guys too. Sometimes it gets a bit busy but everyone chats in the queue. Can't recommend highly enough.
We get a takeaway from here every couple of weeks and the quality of the food never fails to impress us. The Chicken Kebabs are amazing and my Partner and her children say that the fish and saussages are very good too. I just wish they did Donor kebabs as I am a donor fan.

Absolutely fantastic fish and chips. Very generous portion sizes and truly lovely staff. Can't comment on the kebabs etc as not had any but they sure look good and salad always look colourful and fresh xx
Have been here many times and always get the kofte kebab. It is just too good. Staff are always polite even though they have a queue of 15 people always wanting their order. Recommended!

Great service and standard of Food is amazing so I travel from Copthorne for these fish and chips. Crawley and local chip shops to me need to learn from these people. Thanks for very good portions, cooked to perfection and friendly service.
Best grilled meats in the area. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended. The fish and chips is great to. This place is always rammed which is a testimony to how good it is. Love it.
Considering the absolute disaster that was Dave Dove: this shop's predecessor, I was born away but the service and quality of the food here. Don't dismiss it as a simple 'chipper' make a point of treating yourself when your in the area.

Very nice fish and chips, and a friendly crowd who run it. Quick service too. Very busy on Friday nights, and they only take cash, no cards.
Stop in as I fancied fish and chips for lunch never been here before absolutely fantastic piece of fish and great chips. Great price will definitely be back.
