Spent two night there recently, room was a bit tired looking ,bed was comfortable and room was warm .shower silicone at the bottom needs a good bleaching,but it worked well,budget price was OK
The pub is very clean, and the decor is lovely. The staff are very friendly and the Sunday lunch is amazing. Will definitely be back. Visited with my uncle in his wheelchair, my aunt, 2 dogs and 2 kids.

Lovely warm welcome, with great service. Visited on a Friday lunch time and found good choices on the menu with great prices and quality food. All cooked fresh in lovely surroundings. Plenty of parking at the back, large dining area, cosy seating and in better weather a fantastic outside play area for children.
We called in for a drink and a snack, we had a lovely meal of fish and chips, also my wife had the Shepherds pie, that she said it was absolutely lovely, and we will definitely call in again.
We have just a long weekend here and was very impressed. Room clean food lovely, staff happy and willing to help. Well done Nick and his team and the lovely welcome at check in by Abbey who was in duty every morning g for our breakfast and went way beyond to make sure we enjoyed breakfast
. Recommend and definitely go back.

Friendly family oriented pub with a good sized beer garden. Haven't had their food recently, but it used to be good. The pub remains friendly and not too busy in the afternoon. Now under new management.
Your staff are amazing! What friendly, helpful and polite young ladies. Really tasty food as well, much better than standard pub food and great value. Nice children's menu and great play area. Will definitely be back!
We were staying nearby for a weekend, so we only came here for some food and drinks. The food was absolutely lovely, big portions, definitely the best hunters chicken I have ever had. Loads of tables to sit outside and even in rain you are sheltered, and if it’s cold they have outside heaters which is perfect. Staff are wonderful and friendly. We had two drinks, two mains and a starter for only £30, which is very reasonable. Highly recommend 👍

I stayed 3 nights for a family wedding, lovely clean room, all items you need, comfort in a room available . food really tasty, very fairly priced, can't express how friendly & helpfull the team are. I have mobility problems &didn't have to ask for assistance.it was offered with sencerity.will be staying again.

I stayed at the White Swan. I have to say the staff were excellent, especially Tracey who cooked the breakfasts. The rooms upstairs above the pub were extremely Cold and in fact one night to get warm I sat in the smoking area,where there were heaters.
I like my bathroom and bedroom to be warm. May I suggest the heating is turned on particularly for those person staying.
Secondly,no food was available on Monday and Tuesday nights , again something I didn't like,however, there are other Pubs locally where food/ meals can be purchased. If I had known food was not available MONDAY/Tuesday nights I would have booked elsewhere.
Service with a smile..food fantastic..they have a veteran breakfast club every second Saturday guys ...
Oh really friendly BTW..I had hunters chicken and it was bloody lovely

Lovely food and good service. The only thing is that the portions are big, so it's best to go in hungary so that you can finish your meal.
