Brilliant, modern space to work and read etc. Great little resource in the area. Saves going into Lincoln central. Lots of tables etc, great coffee and lunch till 3-4pm. They open till 8m some nights, so check their schedules. Glad to have found this; workers, retirees, parents with young kids, etc etc so a good mix. Recommended for sure.

The cafe inside the hub is now open 9am-4.30pm weekdays. Proper coffee, sandwiches and snacks. Also has WiFi (1MB slow but reliable). A great multipurpose community space with lots of events, plus it's a library. Central location in the village. Outdoor seating area. Toilets. Fully accessible.

Seven districts coffee shop located in this building. Can owners make sure prices are on both sides of menu on tables . Also no mention on drinks board that alternative milks are an extra 30p. Hardly ever charged extra nowadays in the very many cafes we frequent in many areas, but it needs to be displayed along with cakes on counter, having no prices displayed ? Had soft cheese on toasted bagel, £4.50, would have been nice to have a few salad leaves to improve the presentation and quantify the cost Very tasty coffee however. We were given complimentary cake due to being overcharged on our bill, this was due to the prices on the company's IPAD were higher than the prices stated on the display board and menus
