Went in on Taco Tuesday for lunch and was not dissapointed. Amber, the staff member making putting together my order, was friendly and hospitable. The tacos were absolutely lovely definitely recommend them. From previous visits, I can also recommend trying their tortilla chips.

Good food, fast! Amber served us throughout and she was impeccable, great to see someone with such passion for their job. She made us feel very comfortable and spoke through the menu, had a good laugh too! Generous portions, nachos were to die for!
As a Texan, I had pretty low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. Good burrito. Decent chips. Queso is lacking, but I knew it would be (even chipotle can’t get that right).
Really liked this place. Close to the station. A great place to have dinner or lunch anytime. Friendly staff. Very good vegetarian and vegan options. Tasty burritos. Very chilled atmosphere inside. A must visit.
A very recommended experience for people who are not used to eat Mexican food. The staff are super great. I tried the chicken tacos with chips and my husband got rice with black beans and avocado sauce.
I needed something like this today ! I do love the fact the tacos are with soft corn tortilla (optional) And they do have very tasty pork and the beef yummy, also the staff that day were amazing ! always making sure if I did like the food and if I was ok with everything, telling me about the loyalty card 😍 so….. thank you very much to all of you guys!! The place looks very tidy and clean so definitely I will comeback very soon as now I do have my loyalty card 😎
Our first visit while down here on holiday and we would like to take the place home to the Cotswolds. Lovely friendly helpful staff happy to explain what was what, great choice of food and tasted fantastic. Lovely atmosphere to the place , would definitely visit again and recommend and Great price for the size of portions
I always feel the need to fall into Tortilla during my lunch breaks because of how amazing the food is!
It's a similar take to Subway in terms of choosing what you want. Helpful staff who are always happy to assist choosing if you're new in town. The last couple of times I've been, two lovely ladies, Amber and Maisie, have been really helpful and enthusiastic. It's evident they're both passionate at what they do and it's such a breath of fresh air!

Tortilla Lincoln was clean and inviting, first time going there and was walked through the different filling available. The order was made quickly and efficiently. Paid and was sat down in under 2 minutes, Emma served with a smile and came to check everything was in order. Highly recommended to anyone hungry and in town centre!
Stunning little Mexican restaurant in the heart of the city. Small but plenty of room with views out to the high street. Choose from burritos, quesadillas, nachos, or tacos with a huge variation of ingredients including Vege and Vegan. Very tasty and filling with loads of flavour, cannot wait to try the rest! Soft drinks and cold beers are available along with buying some hot sauce! Excellent value too. Fast and extremely polite service. Highly recommended.
First time at Tortilla Lincoln, and the 2 ladies made me feel at ease, asked if I wanted water, explained what everything was and how much extra it is. Really appreciate the service they are a credit to your store. Food was packed full of flavour will definitely visit again.
All staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Customer service second to none. It was my first visit so wasn’t sure how to order. I was instantly put at ease and guided through the process and what choices were available. Food was delicious and great value.

We have had a lovely visit to Lincoln Tortilla, Amber and Maisie served us and they were friendly, professional and welcoming. We ordered three large burritos and three drinks and they were fantastic value for money and incredibly tasty. We will definitely be back xxx 5 star 🌟 service xxx
