Food was good, good delivery time.
Bit disappointed staff were having a little chit chat and there were dirty tables - I cleaned up 2 trays cuz I'm so nice. Also went in a second time and the person serving me seemed like she hated me - what did I do😭? Don't expect nice service when you visit. A couple of the staff were nice

Quite a new KFC so very clean and tidy with an up to date decor. Ample parking and 2 to one drive through.
There are 3 auto machines and 2 service ordering points. However, as I've seen at other sites the auto machines can be temperamental poor touch reaction and no receipt. There was no duty manager on and the staff, even when advised, did not keep on top of replenishing sundry items.
Access to the restaurant eating areas is excellent for the mobility impaired or those confined to a wheelchair. No additional able-body assistance would be required. Disabled toilet available.
All self service kiosks were not printing receipts. Lunch service wasn't the fastest however food came out hot and tasted good.
Toilets didn't smell the best, could do with more regular attention.
Food was fine but not all complete initially. The staff missed a couple of items initially but sorted it out when informed. The eat in area was clan but has no atmosphere or comfortable feel about it and the bins were over full.
I just went in for a takeout coffee. No scope for personalising the coffee "it just comes out of a machine."!! Pleasant staff and very quick service.
So happy to see the venue decorated for Pride Month! It's clear there's an employee or several here that really care, and I wish them a Happy Pride 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
Delish KFC, much better than the one in town. Although it's the first day of opening so I hope they can keep the standards up. Quite a small KFC and the car park looks like it could get cramped at peak times.

Little disappointed with the size of the mini fillets but they were tasty . Staff seem a little like there pre occupied with each other but nice enough.
My wife picked up a three piece banquet box for one and we did share it,,no we are not tight😅. We haven't had a KFC for years after a bad experience with the one at Newark and this time were pleased with the results. After a. Short drive home it was still warm and crispy.
£7 more to have the family feast delivered, apposed to collection. Chicken hot, fresh and tasty. Delivery time approximately 30 minutes. Sides decent. Order correct. Would return but most likely drive through to avoid costly delivery fees.
