Best McDonald’s I’ve had in a long time (and I have quite a few!!) Food was hot and well presented. Everything we wanted was available. Food came quickly. Very good!!
Had the fillet of fish. It's just a bun with a square bit of processed fish with mayo. No salad. Didn't look very apatising.
It's good that there is a lift, and the toilets were reasonable.
The table and chairs were marked with food, and they need checking more often. I had to wipe the seat before I sat down.
Second time using this McDonald's and a good experience, while the food service and atmosphere were really good, the tables all needed cleaning and there was no one around to do it. It was 7:30 at night so that might be why. This McDonald's is open 24/7 and being in Lincoln center itself, I've seen it incredibly busy. Staff did look like they wanted to go home and not be there but I don't know the shift pattern and they might have been nearing either hometime or an annoying customer. Electronic menus are easy to use. It is wheelchair accessible but in the busy peak periods it's going to be a tight squeeze in places, for buggy's and prams too. Would I go again? Yes. Would I recommend? Yes but take the food to go!

We was up very early for a little family day out which consisted of lots of travelling!!
Well I need to leave a review for a guy called SID he was amazing, his service from start to finish for a macdonalds was unreal!! He was polite and helpful then the effort he made with the children was fab he made there trip here so much more fun and made my morning run a hell of a lot smoother! I know this review won’t go anywhere but this boy SID needs to be recognised as it’s not very often now days you get service like this or anyone even caring about how they deliver there job role!!

I come here quite often so my reviews are balanced on what I see yesterday I was in very early spoke to one of the never thought about employees the cleaning staff I said they go about their Daily routine unnoticed and said they do a great job maintaining the overall quality that is expected I think they deserve a big thank you next point reviews please physically visit outlets more than just once before leaving opinion good or bad impartial and fair is key anyway keep the standard well worth a visit mc Donald 's
Great and simple service. Just head to an empty table, order via the app and wait for a little while until your food is brought to you. The only downside was the cleanliness of the table, but it was busy.
Ordered 4 meals on the app to be brought to our table. All meals were correct (online orders always wrong), and the food was obviously very fresh as the fries were hot and salt and the best fries we've ever had from McDonald's. The store wasn't too busy so we had no issue finding a table, the tables were also clean and tidy.
This was a pit stop before hitting the road for a four hour trip.

Been there 3 times so far, only got my dip pots 1 out of the three times, though to be fair it was late so you can't be mad at the staff

Waited too long to get served. Servers by the time they got to my wife were pretty clueless and pretty dumb about it too. Good luck management
