We visited on Friday evening and only had 45 minutes before being due at the theatre. The staff were brilliant in ensuring we chose food that would be ready in time. The burgers were delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful and we never felt rushed. Great service.
Sunday lunch at Fridays, we dropped in, it was busy but we were shown to a table with no issues.
The staff were really friendly, smiles and good atmosphere, Ellie looked after uscand she was fab!
The food was quick and tasty. The coffee came with a Lotus Biscoff cream as well!!
A great experience but we were in a central table which was a bit of a corridor experience.
Had a fantastic meal here with my husband after a new hairdo at Toni and Guy Lincoln. Felt amazing, had a brilliant feed and the mojitos were gorgeous too! Such a feel good restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. Quite noisy but we don't mind that. It's also costly but you're paying for the brand and the vibe. The food is delicious and great portion sizes too. Service was extremely courteous and helpful, very professional. Not over the top or over attentive; just right. Left a tip as we were so impressed with our server! Definitely recommend for a city centre lunch or party evening meal 👍
We were a stag of 11 people, the staff made great effort to look after us and the manager helped us resolve an issue we had. The manager who was working on 30/09/2023 at 3pm took great care of us and we really appreciate everything. We had the bottomless brunch which was great everyone enjoyed it, the food was fantastic and the cocktails kept flowering. Thank you so much.

First time coming here. Was a pleasant atmosphere all round, staff nice and friendly. I’ve knocked a star off because the wait times between our mains and puddings was quite a wait, and there weren’t a great deal of people in as it was a Thursday. Felt we were rushed by another server as he dropped a hint about us getting the bill. Found the food was really nice, the S’mores sundae was tasty, if a little sickly for someone with a sweet tooth like me. Menu lacked some pasta dishes though. Would call in again.
I really love the food here, everything is delicious. My favourite is the Friday's Glazed Burger and I also love the sesame chicken! The fries are always crispy too! Even the corn is great. I've been in the resturant and ordered delivery many times; both are equally as amazing quality!
Well I’ve given a five star review but I need to be honest, it wasn’t straightforward but that wasn’t the staff’s fault they were excellent.
They were slow bringing the drinks but they were busy and just genuinely lovely.
The food was great and we felt so comfortable there you truly relax. Often one can be distracted by decor but certainly not in this case.
I can’t recommend it highly enough, it’s not gimmicky and I can say from experience that if you have any trouble they WILL sort it, quickly and professionally.

Great as TGI restaurants go. I was welcomed and seated really quickly, the waitress was lovely. Order was taken and I didn't have to wait long for either the drink or the main to arrive. Both really tasty and I'd certainly order again. I did have to wait a good 35 minutes from having my plate taken to finally getting a waitress's attention to get the bill. Normally this isn't a problem but I had a train to catch and the waitress who welcomed me had gone off shift.
Popped in for a drink with my partner. Amazing bar staff that altered drinks for us to suit our tastes, and they had great banter! Accidentally left my phone on the bar and they took their opportunity to shine! Great place good vibes

Overall good quality and nice staff, but the quantity is too small for the price, especially the burger.
This was our 2nd visit in 2 weeks. Absolutely brilliant. We couldn't praise and recommend them enough. Great food, friendly welcome. Their customer service is outstanding. Many thanks to Tamsin and her team. We will be back very soon. Keep up the good work. Garry & Su.
First time visiting. Was grateful to get in as a walk-in as it was a spur of the moment visit. On the upper end of the price scale so definitely a place to visit for a special Treat. The ultimate cocktails are very big and the food was delicious. I had the Surf and Turf which compromised of an 8oz Steak cooked medium rare, half rack of ribs, 2 king prawns, small cup of chips, tomato and a BBQ sauce. Washed down with a purple rain cocktail. My other half had the trailer trash burger with small cup of chips washed down with a long island ice tea. We both had the chocolate fixation triple layered cake with ice cream for pudding. Will definitely visit again. Have added the pictures I took of my food.
We enjoyed our visit here yesterday. We did not book as we were not planning on dining out. We were on a family trip to the castle. They seated us straight away after shifting some tables about. (we were a group of 9)
The drinks order was taken fast and they arrived fast. REALLY NICE COCKTAILS.
The food took a while to come out and there were some things on the menu that were not available, but the meals we had were really tasty and huge!
We were too full for pudding but the puddings that were coming out looked good from where we sat.
