We stopped here for a quick beer. This is a nice, well weathered pub that looks like it's had a few good nights in it. With friendly staff and plenty of parking opposite

I have lived in area for number of years when I've been in befor always felt like I was going to get stabbed but since new owner it's changed so much ...... made to feel welcome great atmosphere and pleasure to go in
Not the prettiest place to visit but the cost of a pint makes it well worth it
I popped in here for a couple of pints, for the first time a week or so ago. Not only was it really pleasant to walk into a genuine pub, I was really impressed with the staff, who talked about ways in which the pub could support the local community. My first impression of this pub is that it is a real find and one that I look forward to using again in the future.

Vast improvemeent, good landlord who doesn't allow druggies in the place, very pleasant atmosphere, a good welcome and the beer was very good and well kept, will be going there again, keep up the good work you are doing 👍👏👏
I do enjoy a drink with my threads there and the staff are very good relaxing atmosphere.

Lovely pub friendly welcome, me, my partner en 3 children broke down from barnsley on way to skegness and had to wait for recovery in there car park last night.would definitely be returning :)

Give it a chance. Ok it's not been refinished yet but it's full of characters. Just a good place to be.
