Nice KFC restaurant in Lincoln. Easy access and parking. Friendly staff though did take few mins to wait to order at front desk versus using kiosk. Fresh and tasty food - really enjoy the new seasoned KFC fries. Chicken also fresh and hot, crispy. A great KFC to visit if you are in the Lincoln area!
Superb service from the most helpful of staff - simply fantastic at dealing with an awkward customer (me) - I always get the order wrong, but they sorted me and were so patient. definitely coming back to this store !
What's the most infuriating thing about stopping off for a quick drive thru? Being given your drink then told park up and wait for your food while the ice melts into your drink. Oh well... Staff courteous. Food nice enough when it came, as expected at KFC.
When I went in the store I instantly noticed that everything was sparkling clean and the bins were not overflowing. I then went to order but could not decide what to eat so the wonderful cashier helped me to understand the menu and decide what to eat. My food was ready within two minutes and tasted absolutely amazing. The person at the counter was even kind enough to give me lots of ketchup to go with the delicious meal!
Much better than it was before renovation. Service was very quick and helpful. I was a bit disappointed with the chicken, it tasted too salty.
Food is good, no coffee, unfortunately, and a bit of dirty tables. Also, I wish there was something more fancy

Very tasty food and friendly staff members. Always treat me with respect and they are always smiling. Sometimes there is a bit of waiting time but that's to be expected they really are busy ;)
Visited this KFC Branch twice now. The first time wasn't such a good experience because the chicken wasn't as nice as that of KFC. But my second time was awesome, the chicken and chips were all on point.
I've given 4 stars because everyone going through the drive through was asked to park up while food was cooked so there was quite a wait for your food.
Also no napkins were supplied in the bag with the food.. they should be as most people ordering are likely to eat in their car unless it's a family meal.
Other than that there were no complaints from me about the food. It was hot and tasty
More than happy with this kfc restaurant and the food I was served!!! Cooked perfectly and served very quick! Didn't have to wait about at all. Staff was very polite and helpful. Will certainly be returning often!! Best kfc about.
