Haven't used this branch for months due to poor service and the fact that is was usually overrun with delivery drivers. Seems to have improved somewhat now. Not a deliveroo in sight, quicker service and hotter food. It can be done....!!!!
I talked with a hearing impaired member of staff who was very welcoming and attentive, the food as always was McDonald's standard, table service was excellent.

This Macdonalds is so friendly and lovely staff. The food was quick and hot which compared to my local MD's (Redcar) it is night and day. This is how a place should operate regardless of area. We'll done.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions there is now a small wait for your order to arrive. However, I found this to be a good thing as the fries and burger were incredibly fresh and tasty!
Excellent value a hot great quality value food. I ate in on this visit. Staff were very helpful as I raised a query about ordering via the app & it was soon sorted out.
Table service excellent and very prompt. All areas were very clean. I will visit here regularly when doing my food shopping /errands around Tritton Road Lincoln.

McDonald’s is nice, I like the milkshakes. But they have ruined the chicken nuggets, they taste off
OK food, staff smoking outside front of building and would rather have a conversation with each other than serve customers.
