We arrived right on 11am. . And had been trying the McD app to work for breakfast. In the traffic jam... I told the staff. The manager came and was WONDEFUL he said don't worry and put our Sausage n Egg muffins on order straight away... even bringing it to our table personally...wow.. gr8 service and staff..... it was like the USA... they dint bother about the rules. They put the customer 1st... End Ov....
The food was hot and freshly made - the Big Mac was very nice, although I received regular instead of large fries, which were a bit overdone. Milkshakes were available. 😀 When I visited the drive-through was very busy and backed up. Staff polite.
I absolutely despise McDonald's and haven't had one in over 4years, we stopped here on the way back from watching the motorcycle racing at Cadwell Park and the kids were hungry. I was pleasantly surprised and it's the first time I've actually eaten my entire meal. The chips were crispy and hot and seasoned, the chicken ceaser wrap was hot and apart from the fat on the bacon it was pretty good. I had a smoothie which was really nice and I left almost annoyed at how much I couldn't moan about it 😂😂
The tables were clean and the kids were enjoying the tech. One thing I would say is that those self ordering machines are VERY frustrating, but that's nothing the staff can sort. Overall it was far less disgusting than I had anticipated and I'm not going to rush back and I'm not entirely converted but it's not as revolting as it used to be so well done 👍 ✅
I only use the drive through it's quick the food is hot and I've always got my strawberry milk shake. And it's open 24 hours great.
couldn’t believe how fast we got our order at North Highcombe McDonald’s. Gotta be some kind of record in recent years six minutes from paying to the food being in front of us. Went to one on the High Street in Lincoln only last week and waited 40 minutes but for the north Highcombe location couldn’t trace the staff went out of their way to do anything for anyone
Never fail to constantly wait ages for the que to move , and quite often you get the wrong order , staff much too busy chatting among theirselves, instead of concentrating
Had a great time food was great and quickly delivered, talked to a nice and polite employee called Jonny who made the overall experience better!
Good McDonald's in a good location. Popped in for breakfast. You could order on the kiosks which is very handy. Prices are what you'd expect from any McDonald's. Inside was clean and staff were welcoming. Will visit if passing again. No milkshakes available on my visit which was unfortunate.
