Lovely drink and such warm, friendly staff. Very pleased with overall experience. The female staff member serving us went out of her way to be friendly, despite it being close to closing time.
This is a small & narrow Costa coffee shop with around 18 tables inside & couple outside on the pavement for when the weather is nice.During my 9am ish visit today it was quiet with only 2 or 3 other tables being occupied. Placing my order of 2portions of toast , pot of honey, tea & medium Aero hot
We were visiting Lincoln and started the day here, (the air conditioning was very welcoming on the hottest day of the year) the staff were so nice and friendly and gave us lots of tourist advice. We were so impressed with the staff here that we called on our way home as well.

Pleasant premises after redecoration. Bought quick bite & coffee, few sandwiches, no baguettes or rolls visible in fridge. Though choosing lunch deal with s/w was nice! Will come again shortly no doubt!
The drinks were of a good standard and the staff friendly and helpful. The shop was clean and tidy but was very small and felt cramped

Nice staff, tasty food (recommend the millionaires shortbread). Toilets are nice and clean, good coffee. Can't go wrong with it!
Your normal, average Costa. An extra star for being really courteous to us as we waited out of the cold while they closed up. For that I'd go back.
The staff are fantastic. Really helpful and friendly. I always enjoy my after work coffee .
