Great real ales, and friendly and welcoming bar staff and regulars. Nice atmosphere with a mixed crowd. Unexpectedly large beer garden at the back is lovely too.

They don't do food but more than welcome to bring something in too eat as long as you buy a drink the bar staff are amazing and the atmosphere is typical old pub style not a plastic pub so if you're up for a bit of old fashioned banter and can take it back this is the pub to be in price's are reasonable

Lovely locals atmosphere here with a nice beer garden. The staff were really friendly too. Decently priced for the area with an Amstel at £4.40.

Really nice local village pub. Only a couple of real ales but well worth a visit.

Characterful town pub with an interesting history, a decent selection of craft beers and lagers. Not the cheapest pub around but reasonable considering it's university city location. A nice beer garden is available to enjoy a summer drink
