A very friendly community run pub, we stopped by on a Saturday evening and they fitted us in with no notice despite being busy. The food was excellent, very reasonably priced and friendly staff. I only wish we lived nearer. It makes me wonder why larger brewery owned pubs can't achieve quality and price like this. Excellent 👌

Brilliant service by staff and the food was excellent. Wish it was my local pub. Only spotted in passing through to ruskington to visit relatives.

Found this place by chance due to diversion off A17 but what a great find! Friendly welcome, good beer and food and banter with locals! Will definitely be back!

It is a pub owned by the village, very pleasant interior if a little dated. Had lunch with friends amd the food was very good indeed, sadly the beer was not to my taste.

Lovely little pub, first time going in and the service was great. I was surprised to find a pool table on there and £1 for two games was good value. I lost both games... Also seeing the outside I wish it was a bit warmer to make the most of their garden
