Nice ... Really nice! all of it ... Service , food, drinks, fabulous.. and We manage to give empty dishes back that proves that It's well proportioned... the best option in Lincoln since the ocean is closed.....

Went for a meal tonight for New Years Eve. Very busy but amazing service & so helpful & polite. Would highly recommend. Fantastic evening.

Lovely old fashioned Chinese/Cantonese restaurant. Couldn't do enough for us, food was really fresh. £40 for two starters, two mains and two sides, and a bottle of house white (very good). We will be going back again.

Not been to the Phoenix for many years but eight of us shared a birthday celebration there and could not have had a better meal with high quality food, friendly and helpful staff and the atmosphere of lovely traditional restaurant.. so much better than visiting pubs as we more regularly do. Highly recommended with meal prices in the 25 pound price range which we thought was good value for the experience. Ideal for a special occasion.
Not had much luck with takeaway recently so decided on this place and definitely glad I did now. The staff were very friendly and was received 20 mins earlier than the expected delivery time. You can tell they really care about the food they send out as everything was cooked beautifully. Thank you!

The food was excellent but getting the correct bill was a nightmare.
After waiting 15 minutes for the bill to arrive we had to go to the bar to find we had been charged for a round of drinks that were not ours.
It took ages to get it sorted out.
The manager had bits of paper all over the bar top and didn't seem to have a clue who had had what.
Spoilt what was a very good evening.

There were a couple of large parties in that made it difficult to hear our own conversations at points but to be expected at Christmas time.
Excellent christmas food banquet, couldn't fault the quality and value for money. Very busy with lots of parties. You may need to book . But when it came to the bill we were overcharged for alcoholic drinks we hadnt ordered Good job we noticed as bill not itemised either !
We have lived in Lincolnshire for about 14 years now and my wife and I both agree this was the best chinese meal we have had. Chinese food is our favourite so we have tried many takeaway and restaurants over the years but the food stands out as the best for us here. We will be back and hope it is just as good next time.
Food was beautiful! Staff were efficient, but could perhaps smile a little more. They were polite, just very serious, lol. Would definite visit again and recommend!
