We did the bottomless supper and had Connor as our host. The food was great but above that was the service by Connor. He was helpful and super friendly (even though his team Liverpool lost - sorry Connor! We tried to cheer them on!). Even though the bar was packed with people watching the footie he was super attentive and we definitely got our moneys worth! He was fab and hopefully next time we come he's working!
We booked an outside table here to watch the F1 and it was great. We had a covered table and there are several screens and speakers so all of our party of 7 could see. We used the app to order food and drink to the table which was great during live sport. Food was good and well priced and a nice selection of beers and wines.
The food and service is quite typical of a busy Lincoln pub, however with good deals and lively decor this pub is nice to be in.
Clean, open, and full of music and people enjoying themselves, it's a nice place to visit for a laugh at your local.
It's also great for sport coverage, and is calm enough around early afternoon that you could even sit in to get some work done. It's very large so at most times there's always a busy area and an intimate one to suit your experience.
Overall about 3.8 out of 5 as its a nice quality pub.
Fantastic eating and drinking experience in the city. I am reluctant to write this because I want to keep this place to myself. If you like a daytime drink, a night time party, and a decent meal. This is the place. Excellent staff. Fantastic food. I love The Mailbox x

Bar and restaurant just off the main drag in Lincoln city. Large and spacious, multi level, serving a huge range of tap and pump beers, spirits and wines. Offers a large menu of classics with loads of special offers and events. We went on Wing Wednesday which meant wings were only 30p each in any quantity with your choice of flavours! The wings were top notch; decent size, juicy and plenty of flavour. Can't wait to come back and try some more. Plus it had a pool table! 👌🏻 Highly recommended.
Typical sport bar/pub. Loud, so don't go expecting to be able to have a chat easily.
The lady who served us was great, very helpful and informative.
The food was good but perhaps a bit expensive for what it was. We had to ask for the basil that should have been on the pizzas. It was given without any issue.
I was though very disappointed with the lack of mocktails and soft drink options.
Bottomless brunch with friends and had a great time! Staff were so friendly and attentive, food was tasty, great vibe and it was clean throughout. So pleased we went as recommended by someone else - I can see why they were. Catered easily for one person with celiac and plenty of veggie options.

Great pub restaurant with great decor and friendly staff. Has a pool table, tvs on sportsand beer Garden. We had lunch and the prices and table availability was great. Would recommend for a more modern pub lunch experience. No parking at the venue but public parking close by with some free 30 min parking near by in near by streets.
We had our dogs with us and we were recommended The Mailbox, good for dogs and very good food and ale. It certainly was. George was really pleasant and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
The sharing platter was amazing good variety and excellent value. l also had a side of macaroni cheese. Would certainly return if back in Lincoln
Connor was amazing during our bottomless super! Never let us be without drinks and was super friendly throughout our time! 100% recommend for bottomless brunch/supper!
Had a bottomless brunch which was the first time we had been and it was the best but tasha really made the whole experience was making sure we always had drinks and even when there was some unwanted people at our table making sure we was ok and any time we needed help or anything she was there. Would recommend the brunch but also tasha being your waitress!
we came for the weekend, for rag and bone man, popped some shopping found this beauty of a pub , gorgeous food, great staff ! and then went into the garden omg,, amazing , deffo be back on our next visit thankyou

We went for brunch, we had a great time, George the server was lovely, talked about lego which is amazing, food and serves was great and vegan options are amazing which is why we went for mailbox and the fact that the vegan food tasted so good made me happy, deffo want to go for bottomless
I have been to the mailbox a few times in the past the menu has changed a bit but its still very good value for money and the food is tasty and portion sizes are decent.
