Perfect lunch date with a toddler. My family love it here on the weekend for lunch, service and food are both excellent and staff look after the little ones too. Its important to us to find a kids menu that has real food not just nuggets and chips! Yummy fresh juice goes down a treat too.
The food is authentic, well portioned and full of flavour. I have always enjoyed coming to this restaurant for something different, there's a nice variety of food even for the less adventurous out there. The prices are well within what you would expect a restaurant to charge, it's good value for the quality of the food. The inside has plenty of space so you aren't sat shoulder to shoulder with other people either. Will most definatly be back some time soon in the near future.
Delicious food. Excellent service. First time customer and we was impressed. Will definitely make a return visit.
Beautiful setting right on the water. You can even pop on a cruise just up from the restaurant and view Lincoln from a different angle. If you want a beer before your meal lots of outdoor seating available.
The restaurant was very busy only to be expected on a B Hol weekend. We were greeted by smiling faces and were quickly seated by friendly staff. Great atmosphere and food was delicious. A return trip definitely is on the cards.
Excellent food, amazing atmosphere, actual table service by Maddie was spot on and she was great with my daughter for her 18th birthday.
Sadly the kitchen side let us down after we placed our order and received the majority of our food. As a few minutes later we were told the rest of our order would be a further 10-minute delay.
Not really my sort of food, but was there with other people. Lovely views out over the river, gives a superb atmosphere to the place. Shame top floor only open when they get really busy. Car park right opposite with reasonable rates so makes it easy to nip in and park too
The best one I have been to. Good atmosphere, out door seating if you would like, the food is as epic as ever.if you are in Lincoln you should go here
Tried the salmon soba and tama squid both were very nice and tasty.
Always an enjoyable experience at the Lincoln branch of Wagamama.
Staff are always pleasant and helpful, food always tastes fresh and flavoursome, and the location is fantastic
Our servers Molly and Faith were amazing, clearly explained the menu to us and were so incredibly helpful in answering our questions! We would come back again just for them. The host with pink hair was also lovely helping us feel welcome and settled and told us all the relevant information.
10/10 food service and location!
Recently, I had the opportunity to dine at Wagamama and was thoroughly pleased with my experience. The Tantanmen beef brisket ramen was a highlight, featuring juicy beef and a broth that was both flavorful and pleasantly spicy. The tama squid was crispy and well seasoned, while the ebi katsu offered a unique take on the classic chicken katsu dish. Although I did notice that the prices have increased, I believe the quality of the food justifies the cost. Overall, I would rate my visit to this restaurant a 4 out of 5 for the delicious food and excellent service.
Wonderful food, beautiful restaurant with a great view of the Brayford. Clean toilets and friendly staff. Only complaint would be the wait times to be seated and served, at peak times expect to wait 40 minutes+ to recieve food. Could really use with some more servers.
The food was really really tasty and hot when it was served, portions were also really good.
The service was a little strange with everyone's food coming out at disjointed times and one person getting their main before their starter. Had one order of desert and it seemed to take a very long time for it to arrive.
Great views of the Brayford, but seating felt a little strange as you are mostly located on long benches and could possibly be sat right next to groups of strangers.
Also seeing a staff eating area reserved next to the customer eating area felt a little strange, and I would have expected for them to have their own private area away from customers to relax and eat.
Our first time here and Rae helped us pick some incredible food! It was delicious, atmosphere was nice and relaxed, lovely view of the water. Highly recommend
As a regular customer to Wagamama the service was prompt as normal. The staff was helpful and adaptable as they let us move table. The bang bang cauliflower wasn’t as spicy or crispy as normal and was quite bland in my opinion. Everything else was perfect. Would return again happily.
First visit, thoroughly enjoyed it.
Great food, efficient friendly service
Very polite and helpful staff, quite quick service. All meals are prepared on order so it could take some little time to wait. It is definitely not suitable for people that have no time to wait for the order 😉.
Went just me and my 7yr old. The food was delicious but most of all the staff were amazing with my child with adhd. They interacted so well with him when needed and gave us the time we needed. If I could give the staff more stars I would.
Well I definitely see what the hype is about! Service was really quick, efficient and friendly. We had our drinks and food within 10 minutes of sitting down. Bao buns were delicious and the much loved Katsu chicken was really good. It was slightly on the expensive side but considering how nice the food was and how impressive the service was, it was well worth it.
Situated in a stunning location this is one of the best Wagamama's that I've visited. If you've been to one before you'll know what to expect but you can never go wrong with a big bowl of ramen. The original and best. Quick, clean, beautifully laid out and well presented. Can't fault it. Good value, decent portion size, nice selection of food and drinks. Highly Recommended.
