The food is excellent both in quality and taste. Friendly service and great coffee. 4 stars because I feel that the menu caters very well for breakfast and dinner and for coffee & cake, but not for lunch. Not many light options, just the dinner menu available at lunch time. Very much how it is in Italy; not so appropriate for a high street shopping lunch-stop.
Carluccio's it is an extension of my house.😜 We spent several days there either for breakfast or dinner. It is the perfect place to relax after a long day at work. People are friendly food amazing. Cappuccino is superb, creamy as it should be.
Visited in Lincoln. Had a starter, main, and a desert. The food was extraordinarily delicious for a chain restaurant. Perfect, well-rounded flavours, ideal size dishes and attentive staff. Couldn't find a flaw. Wow.

Had to be the eggs Florentine! Great coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice & superb, speedy service. A must for breakfast in Lincoln.

Delicious soup for starter, excellent fresh bread. Tomato sauce nothing out of the ordinary but a filling portion so didn't go for dessert. Lunchtime menu excellent value although very restricted choices, but the rest of the menu looked a little steep price wise for us. Definitely a treat venue for us
Really enjoyed my experience dining here. Food was very good. I would recommend the venison tortellini for the main course. It was delicious. Also they have a Italian IPA which was full of flavour and went down with ease. The only negative comment I would make is that they didn't give much time between courses. Otherwise an enjoyable experience.
Carluccio's always serves up beautiful food in good time. I went for a Christmas do here recently and unfortunately they couldn't provide two of the starters that was on their set Christmas menu. Which provided we came for 6pm seems a little unorganised knowing they had a big party. However, as I say, the food was lovely and atmosphere was great.
A beautiful place to relax and take in the city centre vibe. I love the Italian food on display to buy such as chocolates, wine, biscuits etc. Very good quality. I have also eaten an apricot tart that was the closest thing to heaven as far as tarts are concerned! You can taste the richness of the butter in the pastry and scrumptious textures. Unlike many other places, cost-cutting has not occurred here so no reduction in quality. I really recommend this place. Great customer service too.
Booked a table for my son's birthday, from the minute we were shown our table the service was great, we had my 3 yr old grandson with us and they went out of their way to make it very family friendly. Food was really nice and good sized portions.

As a Coeliac you know you are in safe hands when the waitress asks whether you want gluten free as a life style choice or other reason. Meal arrives with small gluten free sticker on plate which is removed before plate is placed on table so that there is no possibility of mix up. We have been there twice now and had excellent meals both times.
Had fabulous cookery experience last night with Kevin the chef at his Gnocchi making class. Truly amazing and fantastic value. The staff were all very helpful particularly the young woman in the Deli area. Thank you to all. We will definitely be back for another cookery experience.
Lovely place and relaxing ambience. Staff was really welcoming and helpful. Food was good and tasty. They brought order swiftly which was great. Staff kept checking on us if we needed anything more. Keep up the good service 👍
