The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. A really nice place to sit in with lovely decor. I really enjoyed the gluten free waffle for breakfast, I had the fresh fruit one. I definitely will be returning again soon for my waffle fix 😊

Fiest time I've ever been. Really lovely atmosphere and the food was absolute delicious! The food presentation was top class! My son absolutely loved it! Friendly staff and amazing options. Only down side is feeling cramped as it's rather small inside. With having anxiety it's a challenge. Our visit was perfect though and we will be back soon

Much cheaper than other waffle places they have eaten at. Always clean. Waitress clean tables stright away, even when youre heaving. Would recommend to anyone. Fantastic place xx

Had the Priscilla waffle - delicious! My only thought was that the plate could have been warmed first and then the waffle wouldn’t have gone cold quite so quickly. Service was friendly and efficient.

Love it! The food is wonderful and the staff are incredible friendly and love a chat, they take time and put a lot of effort into what they do. Portion sizes are mahoooosive! Coke cola is in glass classy bottles :) You can also get alcohol as well. There is a children's menu and a choice of savoury and sweet ones. You can also do a little customizing of desert waffles :D My favourite is the strawberry and nuttella one which I added a banana and some chocolate sauce too- Georgeous! I heard it's expanding too <3

Whenever we are in town the girls always like a visit to Madame Waffle. My youngest loves Salmon & Halloumi so she chose an Emballe which is like a filled toastie but made with a waffle. Smaller for her to manage as she is 9. Staff are always very friendly & polite & always accommodate us however they can. Food has always been good & prices are good & we find the menu very varied. Always a pleasure.

Madame Waffle is a great cafe serving fab coffee and waffles. The service is always spot on! Really tasty waffles and lovely staff. Oat milk is a bit more expensive but their oat lattes are brilliant. Dogs are allowed outside but not indoors. Accessibility wise, unfortunately not very accessible for wheelchairs/scooters indoors although there is limited outside seating and I am sure staff would try to accommodate where possible. Toilets are upstairs.

Me and my friend decided we would treat ourselves to breakfast. What a treat it truly was. We both had waffles (obviously!), I had an Elvis, consisting of bananas, peanut butter and bacon. And my friend had a proper breakfast with waffles. Very welcoming staff, all incredibly kind. One of the cooks/chefs recognised my shirt that, I will admit, made my day. Will be returning during my next visit to Lincoln.

Ok so this is my new favourite place to go. Imma take everyone here. It’s friendly, provincial, open early and cool as flipping flip. The food is great. Bruce is amazing and the juice is great and I’ll see you tomorrow

Yum, yum, yum. I was originally a little put off, £9.95 for some waffles with a few bits on….. but it was so so so tasty (I had the Elvis - peanut butter, banana and bacon). Will definitely be back as there is more on the menu I’d like to try. Milkshakes looked good, though I had a coffee which was lovely.

Came here quite a while back so I can’t recall the names of the dishes. The waffles alone weren’t cooked to typical dessert waffles texture, but they were good vessels of flavour for the toppings of the savoury dishes we got- no complains here. My friend had ordered a waffle with an over easy egg. She requested for an over well egg instead and the waiter was very helpful with the service. We found that the waffles that came without a side of salad wasn’t the most filling. Overall, it was a nice brunch spot for a group of friends, a family… anyone basically. Would recommend if you are in the area.

The food at Madame Waffle is always wonderful - especially their savoury meals. However, their dessert waffles just don't hit the same unfortunately. Quite bland, lacking flavour. Good service as always, staff amazing.

We came here for brunch with the kids on a Saturday midmorning. The helpful staff found us a table for four inside no problem. We obviously ordered waffles and these were delicious. The kids enjoyed the sweet options, choosing from a pick and mix style kids menu. I had the Priscilla, a naughty little creation consisting of a beautifully light and fluffy frechly made waffle (none of that reheated rubbish you get in other places), peanut butter, sliced banana and maple bacon. I wasn't man enough for the Elvis which was the same but with TWO waffles. The bacon was especially tasty. My wife had poached egg with bacon and avocado. The drinks were also delicious. I had a very tasty caramel latte and my wife's tea was also made with proper leaves. So the food was incredible but for my youngest son (6) our visit wo Madame Waffle was a revelation. He told our waitress that he wanted his own waffle maker so he could enjoy waffles like this all the time. The waitress was fantastic with him and after bringing out the chef to talk to him about his ambition to make his own tasty waffles, they agreed that after he had gotten his own waffle make and perfected his waffle batter recipe that he could work there when he's 7 - as long as he gets his own chef's hat! Needless to say that we thoroughly enjoyed the food, drinks and the incredible service and would THOROUGHLY recommend Madame Waffle as an excellent place to take your family for a delicious waffle.

The food here is incredible. I love this spot for a late brunch/early lunch. The waffles are super soft and go beautifully with either the savoury or sweet toppings. There are lots of options on the menu and you can add different extras. I absolutely loved my Halloumi and Chilli Waffle - the addition of a runny poached egg made it perfect! I would also recommend the raw juices. They are such a nice fresh hit for breakfast. I can't wait for my next visit.

I've been going her since I was a student in 2016. During a mistaken order I received my first taste of speciality coffee. And since then it hasn't been the same. Despite being expensive, the waffles are tasty, fresh and well made, the service is bright and cheerful with the owner happy to talk about coffee with a wide understanding. As for atmosphere down stairs in the basement feels chic and hidden, while ground floor and upstairs is pleasant and calming. I can recommend Madame waffle with my whole heart.

Absolutely incredible waffles in a lovely independent restaurant. Whether you are looking for truly amazing savoury waffles or a delicious sweet dessert waffle this is the place to go in Lincoln, they have such a great range of perfectly created dishes. They also have a wide range of drinks including beers and cocktails and cordials such as elderflower spritzers, perfect for a hot day watching people walk up and down the high street. A must go restaurant for Lincoln, be sure to get a seat outside or in the window for some top quality people watching!

We were served by Miriam who was very efficient, polite and knowledgeable about the menu. Food was really great, we had the Patatas Bravas Waffle and the Chicken Avocado Waffle which were both really tasty. Iced coffee was also nice. Ordered one of the raw juices which unfortunately wasn’t very nice, but everything else was great.

We had a wonderful visit to Madame Waffle on Saturday for a little brunch date. The staff are so friendly and the café is beautifully decorated with quirky bits and pieces. I had this vegan breakfast and oh my goodness! I am so happy that Madame Waffle has expanded their vegan menu and has so many fantastic options available. The vegan breakfast was delicious, the sausages were good, you had a choice of grilled or chopped tomatoes and the mushrooms were seasoned really well. You can have a waffle or toast with your breakfast, but obviously I went for a waffle because it is a waffle shop! The sweetness of the waffle worked really well with the rest of the breakfast. I want to go back and try their other options but I’m not sure whether I would be tempted just to have this breakfast again because it was gorgeous.

Family run business and the girls who serve you are really perky but not in your face for those who are a bit groggy before a cup of coffee! Waffles are spot on! Light and not heavy at all eoth plenty of variety including vegan, pesciterian and veggie versions too!

I really enjoyed meeting the staff at this full spectrum coffee shop & cozy restaurant. Truly one of the best flat whites I've had in my travels. I was very pleased to find shakshuka on my breakfast menu along with a fresh fluffy waffle. The place appears small but they also have upstairs seating. There is limited handicapped accessible seating and there is no dedicated parking. In nicer whether, this would be an optimal spot to just sit out on High Street and relax.
