Jews House Restaurant - Lincoln - Photo album

The food is the Best in Lincoln, service was nice, and atmosphere was ok but little bit loud.
Both me and my friend have eaten at Michelin star restaurants and the Jews house eclipsed them in terms of:service, friendliness, atmosphere and the food. Samantha is very friendly and indulged all my questions about wine and was very informative about the food and clearly incredibly passionate. Exc
Stayed to celebrate in Lincoln just for one night, so we wanted something special. We had high expectations, and that place still overdelivered. The portions are very interesting, but also substantial. You won't leave hungry, I promise. Sorbet was the name of the game. Horseradish sorbet, coriander
Absolutely sensational food, some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Samantha and Gavin do an excellent job of bringing dishes together, making the dining experience unforgettable in the best possible way. Service: Brilliant - Food: Truly exceptional.
Located in a beautiful 12th century stone house on the famous Steep Hill, I was told this is arguably the best restaurant in Lincoln. Based on my experience, I won't be the one disputing that. I absolutely loved it! It is sympathetically restored and beautifully decorated. Modern additions of light
Simple the best in Lincoln. Makes the scamper up and down steep hill worth every step. Great service, warm abs attentive staff in a beautiful setting. Having been here multiple times and heard the sameoif others, we would definitely recommend the Jews House!
A six course tasting menu, at the 3rd course I thought we may need to stop for a meal on the way home, despite the quality, the portions are minute. By the 4th course I was feeling ok, the 5th full, and the 6th fully stuffed. Superb food, 1st class wines and the best service. Not a cheap night out t
Small, intimate, high-end restaurant set in a wonderfully characterful old property halfway up the hill in Lincoln. Offers a la carte dining and a 5-course tasting menu with wine pairings. Exceptionally friendly staff. We tried the tasting menu and while two dishes were excellent, there were several
Accommodated our allergies well, even after my huge mistake on the starter I was offered an alternative. Had the roast beef which was delicious (in particular the butternut squash purée) and my wife had macaroni cheese (without mustard) for the main meal. Only real minor blemish was the size of so

Very experimental cuisine at high price level Excellent Service. The tasting Menu contains dishes Like pork Belly with apricot Sorbet which exceeded my scope of taste. Others dishes Well prepared and served. Historic Building with nice Ambiente.
Food at the jews house. Just fantastic ..in particular the pork belly/miso starter...and the chocolate dessert. But everything that came out of the kitchen was fab , we couldnt fault it. Chef is from Glasgow. Names Gavin . His partner is front of house. The attention to detail was fab. We were looke
Why don’t we come here more often? I have lived in Lincoln all of my adult life and enjoy eating out a lot, Lincoln doesn’t have too many fine dining restaurants so when my wife suggested that we would go out and celebrate my birthday we had the usual discussion “where shall we go” The decision wa
With out doubt the best restaurant in Lincon. This place always delivers on the very best flavour combinations and the levels of service is exceptional.
Really good food well-prepared and presented. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Nice atmosphere.
Lovely food and atmosphere for a fancy meal. Food was nice but nothing stood out as being fantastic. My partners cheese board looked super and I wished I'd gone for that. We paid £100 per head including wine and tip.
