Amazing food, big portions & very friendly staff. We just rocked up & they made space for us even though they were fully booked. Highly recommended!
What a fabulous find... The Fish and Chips are possibly the best I've ever had in any restaurant.... Old fashioned, comfy, cosy and friendly. Highly recommended. Great views too.
My husband and I found this place purely by chance and what an absolute gem of a find. The staff were so welcoming and accommodated for our puppy. The food is so fresh and is absolutely amazing. We would definitely recommend.
Booked a table short notice as we were working in the area. Received a warm welcome and menu's.
Opted for the steak pie and didn't regret it, the best steak pie I have ever had. Portion sizes were good, so good there was no room for desert, well, a couple more pints of well-kept beer maybe.

I came to this pub on route to the airport after a wedding with my friends today. This pub is amazing. The staff were absolutely lovely as well. The food came piping hot, the batter was absolutely perfect on the fish and chips. I wish I could go here regularly. Best pub food I've ever had hands down
Enjoyed a delicious steak pie lunch at The Ship Inn. Service exceptional- even managed to fit us in when it was just beyond lunch cooking time. Well worth a visit. Highly recommended.

What an amazing experience, the sun was shining, we sat outside and had one of the best customer service experiences. The lady that saw to us was very friendly and helpful.
My husband had the curry which he described as very authentic and I had the fish cakes, they were out of this world exceptional
The food was absolutely superb. We had a bit of a wait for our food but was definitely worth the wait. The staff are so friendly.
