2nd experience from last night. Sunday is really busy and as a result,I think, the food is served without proper inspection. Tonight was a different matter. A good bit quieter and the food was excellent, as was the service. I always try to give a place a second chance and as a result it turned out great.
It's been about 5 years past when I first visited The Coach House Brasserie. I have thoroughly enjoyed visiting once again yesterday the 26th January 2023. The food was excellent, service was exceptional, the atmosphere had a lovely relaxing feel and the surrounding area outside was as always beautiful to be able to view while inside the Coach House. Including a really golf course on hand should one want to engage in the sport. All in all a brilliant experience 😍
I've been coming to this hotel for so many years from London, and I have never tired of it. The Brasserie is great for hotel guests, but is clearly popular with the locals too. Love the fact you have to walk through the golf club and then past the kitchens to ask for your table. Restaurant setting is smart casual, and if weather is good there are outside seats overlooking the golf course. Prices are reasonable, but not cheap. But the quality is there to make you feel its worth it.
The food was actually very tasty, the setting in gorgeous. We were kind of tucked away in a corner so there wasn't much atmosphere where we were. Wasn't dying about the desserts but the mains were lovely.
Very well presented eatery. Staff friendly and attentive without being over the top. Clean and tidy. Catering although pricey is excellent. If you are looking for a restaurant catering for fine dining along with the usual burger, chips, chicken, etc then this is the place for you. Good kids menu. Only downside is toilets are downstairs. There is a lift to and from the restaurant if required. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Really nice food at very reasonable prices. A lot of serving staff so there was always someone to look after you. Very polite and attentive service.

Been twice this week. Service amazing. Atmosphere warm and cozy. Cock and bull was delicious! Starter for 2 is huge! Bang bang chicken tasted a little powdery, everything else was spot on. Still 5 stars overall experience.

Our Anniversary meal we ordered was delicious. The service was excellent and the staff were well mannered and courteous. We really enjoyed our 49th Wedding Anniversary meal. Here's hoping we will be able to celebrate our 50th at the Coach House too!
Ask to be seated where you can look out on 6th hole. Nice view. Food was good as was the service.
