Great little restaurant in Lightwater village. Onion Bhajis were so good and the curries were very tasty, chicken cooked perfectly. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Definately one of the best curries I’ve had in awhile and will be returning to try some of the other dishes. The restaurant is quite small so very intimate, didn’t bother us as wasn’t at capacity and having a few tables occupied was nice.
Although the food was good, the 'intimate' space was not condusive to normal conversation due to raucous octogenarian party. Also, 5 on a table for 4 was scary, I nearly had a bowl in my lap! We will stick to takeaways in future, sorry guys!
Got a takeaway last Saturday for collection at 5.30pm. The food was delicious and flavoursome. Always prompt and great service. Plus the added bonus of not having to cook that evening 🙃.
Dinner for two at this fantastic restaurant with fun decor and delicious food and drinks. The Peshwari Naan was the best we’ve EVER had. Happy to travel from Dartford to have it again! Go book and enjoy yourself!!
Our usual Indian take away was closed, so decided to try our local village one … Cinnamon Palace. Wow! A brilliantly fabulous experience… couldn’t be faulted… flavours and ingredients spot on! We have taken home a menu and have seen so many wonderful new and enticing dishes that we can’t wait to try. We’ll certainly be returning. So lucky to have this in our village…
Great food, never had a bad experience. Guys who work there are always friendly
An excellent new addition to the village. A dine-in restaurant serving Sunday buffet alongside their main menu offering. Friendly and attentive atmosphere, bring your own booze. The buffet help yourself, and you can top up your plate as often as you like. The food is topped up regularly; the choice is obviously limited but adequate. We will definitely be supporting this welcoming restaurant.
Have been to Cinnamon Palace a few times, food is always excellent. As it is quite small, the atmosphere is always good as only a couple other tables need to be occupied - although every time I've been the restaurant is at capacity. Bringing your own drinks makes a night out here much more affordable as well.
Best food for miles! Wow - what a fabulous experience. The food is absolutely incredible and the service is brilliant. We have eaten in the new restaurant a few times, but we were loyal takeaway guests before. The restaurant is relatively new and has been done beautifully. Same excellent standard of food, great menu, and very reasonably priced. The portions are very generous and everything we have tried has been delicious. Definitely our favourite go-to! Thank you team, we’ll be back soon!
What a fab little restaurant, we went with a couple of friends last night. The food was excellent, best curry l've had in ages. The naan was perfection! Also love the fact you can bring a bottle without any cover charge. Will definitely book again.
Really good food, large serving and reasonable value
Had an amazing meal from here on Saturday night. Arrived just shortly after the expected time but this was no problem at all. The food was absolutely delicious and the delivery guy was very pleasant too. Only thing I'd say was it's a shame there's a minimum order of £25, I'd happily pay for delivery below this as it was too much food for one person at that price.
Fresh, vibrant and just delicious food!
Tried it for the first time today with the mrs and we both thought it was amazing. It’s kind of home made vibes and that’s what we love about it, it’s kept fresh and authentic, really nice owner and manager too, look after the people that go there with a smile and being super friendly.
Great job guys! See you soon!
Great takeaway - a cutabove the usual with fabulous service. The Green Massala was lovely with a rich sauce lifted with fresh herbs including a hint of mint. Great fluffy naans and zesty lemon rice but the star of the show was the Sag Panir which came in a gorgeous creamy sauce. My new favourite takeaway in the area. Will be back soon
Great food, quite pricey for what it is. Cramped surrounds but that can make it quite atmospheric. No alcohol license so BYO
The tikka madras is good! No music so it's a little bit awkward lol
Very busy, popular little place for both diners and takeaway. Great food and I like the fact you take your own alcohol as they only sell soft drinks
Hi. I'd like to complain. Why are all the other Indian take aways around Lightwater the same or more expensive than Cinnomon gardens when they are totally outclassed. I've been around and I've never had such service and such beautiful flavours from a curry and condiments. Been ordering and eating from here for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed.
