This is a relatively new Costa and follows the Costa model, however it was nearly full outside and inside so great atmosphere, drinks were good , well prepared and we had a nice 2 hour catch up. One word of caution NOT Costa's problem but the car park is controlled by a cowboy parking company that
Costa coffee. What more can you say. Decent coffee and cakes. We went in half hour before closing so a lot was already being cleaned ready to close. We were still served and spoken to politely and friendly so its all good
Iced Caramel Frappe with Coffee and cream as a sunny weekend treat. The drive through is great, the café is often closed towards the end of the day as it quietens down.
My daughter has a severe allergy to nuts every-time I come here I get amazing consideration by the staff members, it makes me feel at home amazing staff great atmosphere
Went in friday morning and they already so busy. Also lot of empty cups on table. sitting area is okay. Coffee is nice.

Costa Lichfield we love you! You saved us during lockdown and are now our daily go-to for a quick comfort-fix. Wonderful staff, great coffee-making. A bit affected by supply issues on food but we don't mind- there's always something.
Now that they have a wonderful new manager the staff seem to be more happy .
