Almost everything to offer! Huge range of items including some more difficult to find. Fresh counters including a sushi bar as well as every other weekly shop items. More expensive than most supermarkets but the quality is higher with more organic produce.
I have just rung Waitrose customer service wanted them to put some large pieces of cheese aside for a party. The initial person who answered the phone was very unhelpful at my request she eventually went to the Deli counter where I encountered the most helpful member of staff it really me smile. Tha
The refurbished café is an improvement, as are the customer toilets. No real difference in the menu. The store also looks smarter and is better laid-out than before.
Relaxed kind of management here. Aisles frequently blocked. Rarely a spare trolley in which to transfer your shopping as you use the self checkouts. And just the other day, loads of unpriced items sitting in special offer locations.
