Was absolutely brilliant, staff couldn't do enough, they even had gluten free chocolate cake the best I've ever tasted, far better than the competition. They just need to expand over to east of England where I live, was just visiting family.

The atmosphere at Coffee #1 is welcoming and cozy. The interior design is modern and stylish, with comfortable seating and ample natural lighting. It's a great place to relax, do some personal admin, read a book, or catch up with friends. It's also family friendly. Service: The service is friendly and efficient. The staff greets you warmly and takes your order promptly. The service is also quick, and you don't have to wait long for your food or drink to arrive. The only thing is, there always seems to be dirty dishes on tables, it seems there's never enough staff to clear the tables so it often piles up on the windowsills. Saying that, once they have a moment to breathe, they try to collect as many dishes as possible. Food and Drink: The coffee is high quality, and they offer a variety of blends to choose from. The pastries and cakes are also delicious, with a good selection of vegan and gluten-free options. The sandwiches are tasty and filling, although the options are somewhat limited. Price: Average Coffee pricing but not as ridiculous as Starbucks. Overall, the atmosphere is welcoming, the service is friendly and efficient, and the food and drinks are delicious. While the options are somewhat limited, the prices are reasonable and the quality is high. I enjoy going there and will continue to do so.

They exactly what you want: a variety of coffees, teas and cakes at at reasonable prices. Children are welcome, there are different sized tables, different styles of seating (sofas, dining chairs, soft chairs). The staff are very friendly. Good place to meet for a catchup in a nice atmosphere.

Has this brand over taken Cafe Nero who bought them out. Kept to the true coffee taste, shop comfort and little named wall art of folk gone by. Litchfield town is lovely, emjoy.

Enjoyed an excellent latte here today; even better when a long time from from uni treated me! Americano and a latte for £5.60 ish. Not sure if the business accepts cash. Plenty of sweet treats and dog friendly for well behaved pooches

We had a great tea break. Staff was welcoming and the vibe was very relaxed. As we were mourning the passing of our dear friend John - peacefully lying in the back on the picture - we could not have found a better place to reminisce the fond memories of our adventures together while enjoying a great drink. Thank you!

The quality coffee lounge emblazoned with Lichfield cultural cues fits perfectly at the end of the shopping centre. The staff are humble and chatty, the interior bright and comfy. A great place to relax.

Good coffee. Enjoyed a ham and cheese toastie while my wife had an authentic pain au raisin. Service was good . Furnishings a little tired and worn. Lots of outdoor seating and bi-fold windows open on a sunny morning.

Great cafe and very convenient both for shopping in the shopping centre in which it's based and also for parking which is literally right outside the door. It's a big cafe with plenty of seating inside & out. Local amenities and activities such as the market & cathedral are just down the road so it's useful as a meeting place or as a treat during a wider explore.

Always a friendly service in this coffee shop. The barista offered to top up my coffee with more hot water without me even asking. And even though they were incredibly busy, he said they would bring the porridge over to us when it was ready. The brownie was also to notch so this chain remains my favourite.
