Really friendly and polite staff. Meatballs & pasta, great. I had the spicy buttermilk chicken burger, which was great, cooked and presented with care, kids meals were also good. Nice kids deserts.

Arrived mid afternoon, quite busy but got seated straight away. Staff attentive but not in your face. Food arrived quickly as did drinks, used meerkat meals so good discount on an already reasonably priced menu. Service overall was excellent.

I don't rate the actual franchise overall. We were 2 families, 9 people in total. At first they were fully booked. One thing led to the next and they miraculously made space for us somehow on a Saturday evening at 6.30pm.
