I have been here so many times and I always love it. Always come with my mom and brother and are always welcomed by the lovely staff. I came here for my 18th birthday in March for breakfast and everyone was catered for amazingly. The atmosphere is beautiful and the food is always delicious. But most of all the staff are always lovely and welcoming. Will always come here, either for a cuppa and cake or some lunch. Couldn’t rate it highly enough.
My favourite place to come in Lichfield! The 1940's vibe is perfect. Came today for afternoon tea and it was delicious! Fantastic price also! Would highly recommend a visit!
Paid our first visit yesterday and we’ll definitely be back. It is a beautiful, quirky little place. The staff were very warm and welcoming and the atmosphere is lovely. We had some delicious homemade soup and a pot of tea for 2 which was huge. My mom and I were both very impressed.
Loved this tea room today and the girl serving us was brill.
The tea was great and the cake delicious - thoroughly recommend and if I'm ever back in Lichfield - I'm there
A lovely vintage tea rooms. The amount of food for the price was amazing; all lovely and fresh. A great experience would definately return. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. A great birthday treat. Thank you.
Lovely little cafe to sit in and have a cake and coffee. The service was friendly and welcoming, my lemon drizzle cake was moist and lovely! Really enjoyed the comfort of the place. Highly recommend! X

Mumma went today and had a high tea and she had to comment that her and her five friends enjoyed the best high tea they've had in a long long time, leaves other Lichfield eateries in the shade. Love the atmosphere loved the food, and fantastic female staff. Will definitely be recommending and going again!
Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and tea at Devo-tea yesterday! Such a cute little tea shop and amazing carrot cake!!!! Beautiful place
Came here for lunch with my friends. The food was lovely, service was great, loved the toilets too 😂. Lovely little place ❤️
Visited Devo Tea Rooms This afternoon, it was fabulous , staff very attentive and really friendly and our afternoon tea was amazing , variety of sandwiches and selection of cakes was super . I couldn’t finish all of mine as I was so full but the girls wrapped it up for me, we had a lovely time , thank you and we will be visiting you again very soon. Perfect
Nice quirky vintage cafe in the centre of Lichfield. Good food and drink options. Friendly and attentive staff. Will definitely be returning here in future!
Wonderful atmosphere, lovely staff and fantastic well priced food and cakes and much more. Great place to celebrate birthdays, Mother's Day etc.
Great visit for a hen party afternoon tea party. Great choice of cakes and sandwiches and great veggie and vegan options too. Nice touches with the salad and coleslaw.
Great to see proper clotted cream and no scrimping on the jam either 😉 would have been nice to see some fruit in the scones though.
Nice service and we didn't feel rushed in anyway, all leftovers were boxed up and no trouble at all.
Will visit again. Thank you
Beautiful little find. Very friendly staff. Excellent food fresh and lovely. We will be back soon.
Visited DevoTea for the first time this weekend and it was lovely! When I called to book the lady was very helpful, and they asked about all sorts of preferences (bread, allergies, food preferences, etc). The tearoom itself is very cosy and comfortable, not ostentatious, just relaxed and welcoming. High tea for two is £13.50 per person, and it comes with fresh side salad and coleslaw, ~8 sandwiches, 4 generous cake slices, a scone each, lots of jam and cream, a soft drink, and tea or coffee. The sandwiches were good, especially the Brie and chutney. The cakes were very nice, I enjoyed the sticky toffee slice and earl grey ones the most. Only negative for the food was that the coleslaw had far too much mayonnaise in it. Service was very good and staff were so helpful and friendly - only negative here was that I felt it was slightly understaffed. That being said one staff member was so helpful when I asked her about places to buy antiques locally (as it was my first time to Lichfield). She recommended a great antiques shop near B&M, and it was exactly what I wanted! Overall I think this place has a lovely atmosphere and is very good value for money. Would love to visit again!
Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and delicious food. Also dog friendly. Highly recommended.
I stopped in here twice - once to buy tea in a bag, and the other was when we stopped in for scones and coffee. Both times I was met with great, down-to-earth customer service and fair prices. They have an upstairs area but I was downstairs on both occasions. The food and drinks were served in lovely crockery and the decor was lovely too.
Visited today with partner and his 90 year old mother for afternoon tea. What a lovely experience it was. From the moment we walked in to leaving it was a delight. We received a 3 tierd cake stand each, packed with the most delicious fresh sandwiches, a delicious homemade scone served with plenty of yummy strawberry jam and cream. Macaroons, a cup cake and a generous slice of sponge cake all all of which were different so you could swap and share. A dressed salad and coleslaw to die for was also served. A big pot of tea and a generous sized coffee. Also 3 lovely bottles of soft drinks too! The tea room is the quiantest ever with China cups, saucers and plates and proper cotton napkins. The atmosphere and decor is lovely. The food superb. What we couldn't eat was packed up beautifully for us to take home. In fact I'd say it was the best afternoon tea we have ever had and you will struggle to get better anywhere! Toilets spotless too! Thank you, we will certainly return. (The mother is fussy but didn't stop talking about how much she enjoyed it all the way home!) Highly recommend.
Loved this tea room. It felt home from home. I have moved to this area from Norwich, and this tea room made my day today! The atmosphere is great. Next time I will tasting the cakes and scones!
I have been to Devo-tea on a couple of occasions now for lunch - the staff are super friendly and they have a range of vegan and gluten free options. They do amazing take away salads and cake! This is now my top place for lunch in Lichfield 👍
This place is lovely. All sorts of teas available and served in teapots with cups and saucers. The cakes are AMAZING!!! Very pleasant staff and very friendly too. Will definitely be going again.
Lovely vintage type of café. We ordered americano coffee with frothy milk, and also some salted caramel cake. Generous slice of cake and large cup of coffee. They were both really nice.
Really wonderful experience, wow factor when the high teas were brought to the table, all my guests were happy, super friendly attentive staff, great music transporting older family members back to happier times, epic, brilliant! Highly recommend!
Popped in just for a coffee with a friend. Very good it was too and the cakes looked scrummy but we were having lunch in an hour so resisted! Liked the decor and vibe in here.
Everything about Devo-Tea is great, but service for hot food at even moderately busy times can be very slow - half an hour for two slices of cheese on toast isn't really acceptable. But if you just want tea and cake there's no problem.
Nice setting, interesting decor decor, good food. Bit of a pain having to go up and down the stairs to order though.
Great that they let dogs in
Lovely place. Beautiful cakes. Lots of choice..gluten free ginger cake was gorgeous. Will definitely visit again.
Really intimate and cosy with delicious baked goods and options for intolerances. Cosy space is great however a little challenging for new mums with buggy’s or car seats.
