The Red Lion - Lichfield - Photo album

A fair few people in, but plenty of spacing between tables means it doesn't feel crowded, just a really nice atmosphere. Service was superb. I had: Crispy beef with cashews, served with an unbelievably thick, sticky, sweet sauce with Chile to give it heat. With a side of onion rings (see pics). Deli
I was really impressed with our first visit to The Red Lion. Atmosphere was very nice, service was excellent and a good menu, and very tasty food well presented. Only slight drawback was the toilets are upstairs. Plenty of car parking and outside seating and gardens too. All round pleasent experienc
Lovely pub/resturant. Staff were attentive & excellent in their service. The resturant has several different areas inside to sit & the outside seating area is spacious & clean. The terrace is lovely to eat on a sunny evening. Picnic tables are available on the grass with a small play area. The restu

Lovely Gastropub. I had a meal with close friends on my first visit and it certainly won't be the last. The venue is nice and the music is not loud so you can have a nice conversation while you eat and the staff are all really friendly and polite.
We really enjoyed ourselves, including our dog, who loved people watching. They were incredibly busy, but all the staff handled it amazingly, and all of them, to an individual, were attentive, knowledgeable, polite, and eager to ensure we enjoyed our meal. My dietary requirements were handled incred
