Really excellent food, brilliant service especially from Juan. Treated myself to a nice meal tonight, impromptu and was not disappointed to have chosen McKenzies. The staff was warm, the food was delicious and the service was spot on. Will be coming back again for sure. ❤️
We visited McKenzies in the city on 17th June 2022 for our 10 year wedding anniversary when we mentioned this to our excellent server we were given 2 complimentary glasses of prosecco which was very kind. Great personalised service on our anniversary. The food was lovely but wasn't very hot and the veg could have had a little longer. I will return though to try more from the menu.
Fabulous building / setting, I have eaten here many times over the past 40+ years under different management. The food and service was great, I hope the new management continue to preserve and protect this special building.
This was the first time I'd ever been here. We were served all night by the manager, who was lovely and attentive. The food came at reasonable times and was absolutely delicious!
Cannot fault them whatsoever and will definitely be returning!

We had our wedding breakfast here. They catered well to a wide variety of needs. Think that Indian food is better than the European menu.
I love this place. A friend and I went for a festive lunch. Pate to start, it was beautiful. Turkey dinner for main. Potatoes were lush, turkey was tender and not dry. Big bowl of greens to share between us. Yum. For dessert I had a baileys hot chocolate. I will definitely be returning to dine there

My wife and I attended a 60th birthday party, it was well catered with really good food. The only problem for myself being disabled, is that the quarry tiled stairs leading up are very slippery. Might I recommend an applied non slip coating.
