This was our first visit to Chapters Cafe as normally the place is rammed due to coach visits. Rachel served us and was very professional and personable which makes all the difference. The teas and coffee were good. There were plenty of coffees and hot chocolates to choose from. The cake portions
Great service and she food was delicious. Tea was a bit cold though. Staff are so friendly and will help you as much as needed. Recommend it to people that love cake.

Friendly staff and a good selection of reasonably priced food and drinks. A choice of beautiful rooms to sit in one ordered and your choices will be brought to your table.
Nice cafe with a good selection of cakes. Indoor and outdoor seating all set in the shadow of the cathedral. Lovely staff, always smiling. During the summer the garden a little over crowded by wasps, probably after this lively cream teas! Lunch menu nice, although when busy the food sells out quick.
Lovely place to sit and enjoy tea after visiting the cathedral. In summer the garden is enjoyable.
Nice! Various sitting rooms. Vintage and comfy.
Fabulous! Friendly hosts and prompt service. The cream tea was well priced and arrived with fresh, soft scones, lovely clotted cream, and a delicious choice of jams. Tea was generous at two cups each per pot and we hope to be back at some point. Highly recommended!
We had the quiche and salad. Hearty portion, very tasty. Lovely place to have lunch. Make sure you know to order at the counter and take your order number stick to your table. Plenty of space inside and out.
Christmas Lunch with a group of 30 in December 2019. Great menu choices. Turkey excellent, though the arrival of the vegetables should have been sooner. Toffee apple sponge excellent. Coffee served with cold milk = cold coffee sadly.
One of our favourite places to take refreshment in Lichfield. If the weather is fine, sit in the garden as you can see the beautiful building and the cathedral beyond. A good choice of full meals, savoury and sweet treats at reasonable prices.
Cafe housed in gorgeous building. Lovely friendly staff and the food is very good. The elegant main dining room looks out over gardens where there is outdoor dining in the summer. Our go-to place for lunch when we go to Lichfield.
Excellent tea and coffee brought to your table by lovely staff. Good quality food at reasonable prices. Tables can be booked Good clean toilets. Cyclists are welcome..
This is a very special place for us and we love it! Never disappoints us. Lovely cakes and drinks. Always fresh and tasty food. The staff is friendly and very professional. Well done!
Great choice of cakes that dairy intolerant people like myself can savour. Soya milk option available for drinks. There is both a large indoor and outdoor seating area available. I will be back for more.
One of our favourite places to eat in Lichfield. Great staff and good food in period surroundings. Eating here also helps to support the Cathedral across the way. Sunny enclosed garden to eat out in during the summer months.
We stopped in for a while quick coffee before our day in Lichfield. Coffee was very nice, place was clean and tidy and seemed to be popular. Food menu likes nice but we didn't eat there.
