I have visited this afternoon with my 2 year old granddaughter. I was really impressed by the attitude of the staff, especially one young man who kept checking if I needed anything. It's those little thoughtful touches that make all the difference. Well Done!

Drink not very good had hot chocolate it was like dark brown water no tatse ( even after a good stir ) I took it back.
the staff made me another said it was the staffs own chocolate it was blood fantastic,
On vacation from Phoenix, Arizona. Experience here seemed better than back home. I liked that there are QR codes on the tables to place a mobile order, haven't seen this in Phoenix yet. Observed the staff were very courteous & professional, facilities were clean. Thank you.
Food was really good, and prepared well. Service was quick, and staff were really helpful. The whole place was really clean. One of my favourite McDonald's!

Service is poor, wait time is longer, after taking order (even before taking order), they don’t give a damn about customer. No smile, no friendliness, always talking to each other even while taking order.
We visit every Friday for an after-school treat. We usually go through the drive thru, but my eldest son wanted to go into sit down at the ipads. We spent about an hour here today it wasn't too busy, so luckily, there was one free for him to sit and play. It's a lovely way to keep them sitting down to eat 😆
I’m terms of McDonalds, very quick service and relatively good food compared to other locations. Perfectly prepared all customisations and the staff were lovely, welcoming and the location was not only very clean- including toilets- staff began a deep clean as we were leaving and appeared to be doing so very thoroughly. Since it’s re-opening this location is a great dining spot and is clean and efficient.
Went through drive through so don't know what the atmosphere was like, this mcdonalds is on the ball with orders and quick too. They didn't make me wait in the parking as the food was ready at the second window. Wow, way better than Deepdale.
Uber messed up our order and then i rang the Uber helpline which wasn’t helpful , spoke back with store and want to give RIK business manager a massive thanks and shout out for sorting Ubers mistake out , it’s really appreciated and the kids were made up ! We need more RIK’s !
