Found this place by happy accident. The staff were friendly and attentive. The classic afternoon tea was really delightful and more than reasonably priced.

Lovely little tearoom, great atmosphere, fantastic customer service and food is very reasonably priced. Came today and was told about the vegan options available upon arrival. I had a delicious sandwich which came with salad and crisp. I have also attended the tea room on previous occasions for baby showers/events and can also highly recommend the vegan afternoon tea! Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

1) The food was fresh and wholesome. Everything tasted like it had been prepared at home. Even the side salad was fresh and tasty. The Scones were better than other high end afternoon teas we have had in Manchester and London. Even the tea was properly brewed. A real pleasure and some real attentiontion to detail. 2) The decor was relaxing and the place felt loved. The China cups made me feel like I was in Mary poppins lol. 3) The price. An absolute bargain for the quality of food provided.

Absolute gem of a place! They do a really cute tea pot of juice and children's afternoon tea. Also, they cater really well for gluten and dairy free diets. Definitely recommend and will most certainly be back again.

We recently had a lovely afternoon tea with around 40 friends celebrating a bride to be. The food was fresh and delicious. Everything was set up beautifully and the atmosphere was just right. They are able to cater for most dietary needs very well. Me and my friend asked for glutenfree and dairyfree in advance. Our 3 tier stand had scone & jam, cakes and jelly, with sandwiches, crisps, salad and coleslaw on the bottom. The sandwiches were lovely, the meringue and chocolate delicious and filling. It was so nice to not feel left out when everyone else is eating delicious things. Everyone was offered boxes to take leftovers home. They served pots of tea and cafetiere coffee, decaf available, it came with tiny ice cream cones for those able to have wheat, (we had gf/df biscuits which were a bit of a let down). There's parking on the front for a few cars but it's limited in the local area, so lifts were organised. Recommended.

We visited here on 9th March for afternoon tea. I can honestly say we were not disappointed. A lovely freshly made selection of sandwiches, cakes and a scone with jam and cream. A nice touch was the constant attention by the staff with nothing being too much trouble. Also refilling you're coffee or tea which you don't often see. It was my wife's birthday and you certainly made it special . We were the first to try the mini trifles served with the afternoon tea and they were exceptional. I would recommend you book a table as it was busy when we went at 1pm. Will definitely be visiting again.

I visited with my mum yesterday, I can highly recommend the jacket potatoes if you fancy something different for lunch, very delish and a little different from your normal jacket potatoe, lovely little tea rooms you will not be disappointed, we just turned up and we was lucky they had availability so may be good to book in advance. If you like afternoon tea and you have a special occasion coming up this is the best place to go.

Had a mini afternoon tea, and there's nothing mini about it, lovely big portions and it's all beautifully presented and it's gorgeous food, really enjoyed it, the picture shows one sandwich but you get two, highly recommended 😋
