Meal. 5 course set menu is very good value for money. Very friendly and personal service. Food freshly cooked and well liked by all of our party of 8. Would visit again.
Been tonight for the first time, family of 4, 4 courses, multiple drinks and outstanding service for £100, now we're from down south so consider that incredibly cheap! Food was amazing, service fantastic and we will 100% be coming back next time we're visiting! Thank you so much!

I used to visit here at least weekly for ages nearly 20 years ago and I was just as impressed with the food as I was then... There's an offer out the back on the back wall - no mention of that on the menu though, which is as bit deceptive... Wish I'd taken a photo of that offer to share here now, I will next time.
They really need some new music, Westlife seems to be the only CD they have, and some of the friends I was with who visit more regularly say it's all they ever play...

Had lovely meal at The Viceroy last night with friends. The food was amazing. (If you like mild the Kurma was great) The service was good. There was a little mix up with the drinks, but I think that was their dad trying to help out :) Will definitely be returning.
I had not been here for over twenty years when I moved to Sussex. Wow, the decor was amazing which gave a good feel about the restaurant. Looking at the menu there was such a variety of starters, mains, & sides it was difficult to make a choice. However, all 4 of us agreed our choices were amazing and we'll have to come back to sample some others. The staff were also friendly & helpful. We'll be back soon.
We have had a few takeaways and thought it was time to eat in. We were not disappointed, great food and excellent service. Will definitely eat here again soon.

Had an excellent first meal at the viceroy tonight. It was a lovely experience, the staff were attentive, especially the waiter. Food was amazing and will definitely return. Highly recommended.

There were 18 in our party and whilst we had booked in advance everything went well and they were well prepared. A very convivial location for a social gathering.

Just had a lovely meal here with my husband. We had the special offer £11.99 for poppodum, any starter, main course and choice if rice or naan. We had meat samosas, mixed tandoori starter, chicken tikka balti, lamb tikka balti and mushroom rice with garlic naan. Food delicious and quick. Served very hot and with a smile. Would recommend and will definitely be going back. As Mancunians who have relocated to Chorley we appreciate a good curry house and this is definitely one of them! Thanks for a really tasty meal. Loved the personal touch with their own plates as well!!!
I used to visit this place 35 years ago and it was as good then as it is now even though it has changed hands it is a fantastic Indian restaurant and all through Indian food is his first class I have no faults with this restaurant whatsoever it is recommended highly that's why I have given it 5 Stars
I brought my American father in law here. Having never had Indian before it was a bit of a gamble. Thankfully he loved the food and we had a great night at the Viceroy. Their naan breads are tasty.
Never sat down and eaten in the restaurant but have had a few takeaways. Food is fantastic and at a very reasonable price.
I love the Viceroy's Lamb Madras & I got mine just before closing time tonight & it was so nice as always! Lovely garlic nann bread too. X
