Not been here for 2 years but a wonderful experience. Welcomed on arrival and taken to our pre booked table. Given menus with explanation of soup and pie of the day. Drinks order taken. Food arrived in good time despite being very busy and excellent meals. Further drinks ordered as soon as our empty
Food here and service is second to none..absolutely amazing..our favourite place ..definitely a place to try if you haven't been here before ...you won't be disappointed thats for sure 👍..
A fabulous dining pub. Excellent food in good portions. Can't praise enough the brisket of beef we had on our latest visit..just fell apart in its luscious gravy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always taking the time to chat, give advice on the daily specials. Just a lovely place to dine
Everything was excellent on this visit and every previous visit. The pork belly pancake starter was incredible. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

I visited the Rose and Crown with my extended family for an after funeral celebration. It was able to accommodate our large party of people and their other customers. Wonderful atmosphere and the staff worked really hard and we're pleasant. On that ground I would recommend that people book as it is
Fantastic food in a lovely atmosphere. Visit with work once a month, staff are friendly and very accommodating. It's always busy, so recommend the need to book in advance. Prices are on the expensive side but the quality of food is amazing.
Been here today for wifes birthday our daughter and son in law and a 3 grandchildren .it was all a great experience from start to finish. Food and staff were amazing and so so helpful .we would highly recommend this pub for dining out *****

Although expensive, the food and service was really good.
I think the drinks are very expensive,large white wine/soda and pint of San Miguel £ 12.80.
However, for a Wednesday evening the place was full. Indeed you need to book to go, so they are absolutely doing it right!

Our anniversary weekend away in Ecclestone Chorley, We were recommended the Rose & Crown and can honestly say we were not disappointed. The staff were prompt very professional on the ball. The food was exceptional you really did feel you were getting treated well excellent food that they don’t hold
