5 of us tucked into fish and chips and sausage and chips on 1st June absolutely amazing. Was a bit apprehensive after some of the reviews but ours were great. Dry crispy batter over thick white cod. Old school chips definitely beef dripping and very reasonable price.
Nice crispy batter and tastey chips. Really nice white cod which was really fleshy. Saw the lady freshly batter the fish and prep new chips in the fryer for my order. Only reason I didn't give 5 ⭐ was that the shop closes at 20:00. Expected to open a little later.
Really great Chippy, placed a very large order for collection, not one thing missed and the fish & chips were delicious, we had to travel 7 miles back to the campsite and they were still piping hot, brilliant, we will definitely be placing an order on our next trip

Just re-opened with social distancing measures in place. Some of the best fish and chips we have ever had (proper chips!) and really friendly service. Amazing value for money, will be back!

Top quality fish n chips in a lovely country village. Great selection to choose from. Called in for tea from a day out and really enjoyed them. Would visit again when we are in the area again.
